Lesly is the new property manager and was extremely helpful! Besides the great promotional rates I can’t help but praise Lesly For her friendly and professional approach. I would definitely recommend using the Lynn haven location for all of your storage needs.

The new property manager, Leslie, has made a world of difference. People were stealing power, living in the units, trashing it up and leaving cars in front of units that don’t run. All that’s gone and they’ve made good honest customers like myself much, much happier. If you weren’t happy with your unit before, you should be now!!

After going through soooo much unprofessionalism with another storage company I came across this company in my google search. I called as i sat on property and i spoke with the property manager Stephanie she is such an angel and a blessing all at once i told her all what happened and she helped me fix my problems on the first meet and greet it’s my first time ever dealing with the company and I’ll tell you this I’m so thankful she was very professional and she also made sure i understood exactly what she was saying and helped me find the perfect storage unit thank you again for your help i most definitely will recommend this company to any and everyone 😘

I had an emergency on labor day weekend and I can't say thank you enough to Stephanie at the MLK Panama City Florida location. Stephanie went above and beyond to assist me, but wasn't able to accommodate me with an availble unit I was asking to rent. As soon as I told her my situation she quickly related & then went even further to get a storage unit that would morebthan accommodate me. She was so sweet, sympathetic, curtious and made things work out for my situation and made me feel at home with her & relax from the stress i was under. She helped the stress & pressure from fear i wouldnt find a storage unit on this big holiday & late in the afternoon. I can't thank her enough!! She did what most people would never think of doing & that was to relate to me & my situation & actually cared about me & my belongings as a customer, person & someone just needing a little miracle. Stephanie is the miracle!! I'm going to keep her as friend for sure!! Good people still exist...

Stephanie the on-site manager is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond each time I have a question or concern. I will NOT deal with the call center due to a lot of miscommunication and incompetence on their part. I will only deal with Stephanie when I have an issue because she always gets it resolved and in a timely manner. She has great customer service and the call center is the exact opposite. I have had 1 positive interaction with the call center out of the 5 times I have had to communicate with them. I recommend this storage unit ONLY if you deal directly with Stephanie.

Stephanie was very quick about setting up and closing my account. The units were clean as well. If anyone else ever need to use their services I would definitely recommend this Stephanie and this company.

I would like to take this time to say that in the amount of time that Smith Motorsports has had our shop at the Hwy 22 location it has been exceptional. From day one Stephanie the one person that manages both locations has always gone above and beyond. I don't know where we would be if she had ignored us sitting in the parking lot the very first day we sat in the parking lot filling the online application out to rented our first unit with SROA. She saw that my bf was getting frustrated and instead of going to her personal unit she turned her vehicle around (on her day off) and opened the office and helped us get into the first unit. And since day one she is always available to help in anyway she can. And I noticed she is that way with the tenants at both the locations she manages on her own. I don't know what we would do without her and what SROA would either She is the best.

I love Stephanie. I have had my unit there for about 7 years. I have seen many managers come and go, but she is the best. Always willing to go above and beyond.

Got to the office on a Wednesday to find it closed, called the 800 number reached an offsite agent and was able to register and access my unit without delay. He stayed on the phone till I opened and inspected the unit. Excellent customer service on his part.

Had to have a unit like asap and thankfully they had the most helpful person there working. Thanks Stephanie u r amazing truely. And I like that it's clean secured they know there stuff I'm glad I came here. My awful day turned into a great night it's was simple easy and job well done.

We needed five large storage units on VERY short notice. They were able to accommodate us immediately. She even made a special trip up to the site on a holiday weekend so that we could get the paperwork completed.

Fast and easy rental agreement. Storage unit was as described. Clean area. It has been the best experience I have had using a storage unit company.
