Hilton Garden Inn Panama City

What a great place to stay. Im on a business trip and am so pleased. First, the morning waitress for breakfast Cindy K. Is excellent, very professional, witty, intelligent and so pleasant, always does an excellent job. The bartender in the evening Nadia, also does an excellent job, and the chef, Vicky is absolutely an excellent chef.
I had the opportunity to meet the GM, Andy Holloway, and he takes pride in running a first class operation. I stayed at 100 Hilton Garden Inn’s last year and by far this is the best.

I will admit, I travel a lot but rarely review a hotel. I am adding a review because of one wonderful man there at the front desk named Randy. I had a very long and late flight in and when I walked into the hotel and to young gentleman walked in behind me. When I was checking in Randy asked me if those men w were with me. When I said no, he then pulled me over to the side of the counter and covered my room number on the information for my room to not show anyone else. It was after 11pm and I will tell you I have never had any hotel care about my safety like that. I thanked him in the morning and how much I appreciated it, you really never know when you are a woman traveling by yourself who could be paying attention. They hire good folks at this place and will stay there again when I am back in town.

Super clean room and friendly staff. I was only there for one night, on my last night for work in the area. As a dedicated Hilton Guest, this hotel for sure met my standards. Quiet and easy access in and out.

Our room was very nice and clean! Jamie & Heather gave us excellent room service! Reba, the housekeeping manager, was very helpful every time we needed anything! The front lobby was very nicely decorated and the pool area was kept up very well! We had a great time staying here and highly recommend it! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. About a 20 min ride to the beautiful Panama Beach area! The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at home! We had a lot of fun and hopefully be back in the near future!

I really enjoyed my stay, had my spirit lifted back up. The service impressed me the most, people are wonderful. Also little artistic details adding to the Christmasy spirit. With clean bathrooms and blankets felt like home cozy!
Will certainly stay again!!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel over thanksgiving and we had an amazing time. All of the staff was very friendly, no one seemed like they hated their jobs which is a good sign! I have a 57lb pitbull, it can be really difficult to find hotels that will accommodate him and not discriminate against his breed. When we first arrived, the front desk host saw him and immediately greeted him, and every time we came downstairs the staff would give him some love and the occasional treat. Knowing that people weren’t judging us for our dog made our stay very pleasant. The gym had great equipment, we were able to keep our normal workout routine on vacation. The only downside worth noting is that breakfast wasn’t free and we had to get a few groceries. Visiting family for the holidays can be pretty stressful, having our own place to decompress and rest was great.

Great, great hotel. The rooms are perfect and there is a pool. It's a little far from the beach but manageable. Also, breakfast is not free, but it is worth the cost because it is very tasty. This is a great place to stay for Panama City.

Our flight back to Washington, DC was canceled due to weather so we had to find a room for 2 DAYS!! The Hilton saved us! Good food. Good service and a great location. We were frustrated and tired but relaxed and comfortable in our rooms!

This place is chic! Decoration was so elegant and cute! Rooms are super clean! Comfortable and cozy!! Breakfast was amazing service was great!!!

We were at the hotel due to a house fire, we stayed a month and a half. The front desk people, Lindsey, Tony, Melanie, Matthew made everything super easy when we kept having to extend our stay, and Andrea made our mornings in the lobby breakfast area. We had one problem when our toilet seat came loose, but Tony B fixed it within a couple hours. The housekeeping staff were so nice they left notes in our room every time it was cleaned, Jaimie left coloring pages for the kids in our room and made their entire day, Bre made us laugh every time we seen her in the hallway, and Mr Eduardo was the sweetest, would hold a conversation every time we seen him. Overall the reason for the stay was a lot to handle but the staff made it a little easier. If I wasn't a local, I'd stay every time I was in town.

This is a very nice hotel located in a great area for dining and shopping. The lobby area is spacious and welcoming. They even have a designated kid's area.....genius idea! The staff was very friendly and professional. My room was clean, spacious, and the bed and linens were comfortable. I only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again in the future if ever working again in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. There are several activities for the kids which was a hudge plus. The only complaint I have is the distance to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Thank you all for making our 2023 trip a success ❤

I had the fries with ranch. It's homemade ranch, and it's to die for. Vicky was cooking and tending bar and she's amazing!!!

Very clean and well organized hotel. Staff is super friendly. Shopping center and various restaurants are close by within walking distance. There are couple of piers nearby within 2.5-3 mile distance if you want to enjoy some beautiful Florida sunset or do some fishing. Beaches are bit of a drive but not too bad. And the Tyndall AFB is about 15-20 minute drive from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, organized and also conveniently located hotel.

The only negative was the location of the hotel right across from the train tracks. The train tracks were there before the hotel was built, did the architects not foresee the train sounding its horn early in the morning? Other than that, the hotel and staff were very accommodating and welcoming.

Nice location if you want to appreciate actual Panama City and not just the beach. Rooms have recently been remodeled, and they are great. Staff is always 100%, and the complementary water bottles were a nice surprise for sure. I have forgotten things in my room here before and they are always very helpful.

Room was clean... Bathroom had hand soap which is a must for my family.. Morning coffee ready in the lobby by 6 which made my day.. Pool was of decent size.. Overall stay was great... Its far from beach.. that's the only down side

Frequent traveler for business, most recently to Panama City. This is a phenomenal hotel. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean, the breakfast, dinner, and bar is top notch, and the gym equipment is second to none. The only downside is the location being right next to the train tracks, with horns starting at the crack of Dawn. With that said, I still love staying here due to the many positives above…A+!

It is a a very nice Hilton. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very clean. My husband and friend got to the hotel several hours before I and freind and they let him check in a little early. They also had me a key ready at the front desk for my late arrival. We just stayed the one night, but did notice a bar in the lobby and everything I saw was clean and in order.
