Everything was up to par. The staff was nice, friendly and well experienced. For a fast food restaurant. 😋 They rank a 10 for service.

Absolutely perfect. I was hesitant at first but I went in. I had two coupons. One was 25 and one was 19. The associate there was kind and accepted both on the same transaction. Perf ct experience. Thank you.

Kfc tyndle parkway has hood food a little wait due to they make your order fresh employees are nice as can be expected for there job im sure its stressful dealing with people complaining if something is not rigjt but for the most park its a great kfc

I hadn't been there in a long time and it was exactly like I remembered. Hot and juicy. Very good . If it's been a while, go today.

This was surprisingly the best overall service and experience I've had in a good while from a fast food place. The guy was polite and thorough. Asked me to pull around and park in front. He walked out to me to inform me that they were out of the drink I had ordered (sweet tea) and ran down the line of my options. I picked lemonade and he went back inside. Moments later he brought me my order and it was correct. Food was good. I had stopped coming here completely. I think I have posted about my past experiences here already. It's been probably well over a year since I was last here and they've changed the staff for the better. I will start coming here again. 😉👍👍

Myself, and a family member visited the KFC in callaway at 7:30 in the evening, the customer dinning area was spotless clean,the staff were very helpful, attentive to our needs,I ordered the 3 piece big box chicken dinner,with mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw,and two Littles, my family member ordered the big box sandwich and nuggets with macaroni and chesse,the orders were great ,done to perfection,the big box I ordered the 3 piece chicken was original was excellent, juicey, tender crunchy outter breading,the coleslaw was fresh cold creamy crunchy delicious, the mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and fresh, the biscuits were nice and warm tender inside, nice on the out side and fresh,her meal was a chicken sandwich and nuggets, the chicken on the sandwich was freshly cooked, hot and juicey, the nuggets were freshly cooked, they were crunchy on the outside tender and juicy with all the tasty flavors of KFC chicken excellent, the macaroni and cheese was very good,the macaroni was cooked nicely not mushie,or under-cooked the cheese was tasty and delicious, we were literally speaking about how good the service was as we were there eating, they were all very polite,professional and greated us with a nice attitude and smiles, we both enjoyed our meals and to be very honest about it,the food was above good it was excellent, the staff went out of their way to serve us ,i will go back again and so will my family member,

I came in Saturday sept 30th and was pleasantly surprised at how great the 2 ladies were, the food was fresh, and it was a great service overall! After all the bad luck I’ve had here I stopped coming for awhile, but whoever these two ladies were they did a great job this afternoon and deserve some sort of recognition!!

I think customers are just over judging and expecting too much. This place has great fresh food and a great few employees name Linda and Ann and Megan . I ask them for their names so they can be recognized they deserve a raise . I notice there very short staff and the people who do show try there best.

Changed my 1 star review, they've been consistent, timely, and perfect orders for the past month (12-6pm) keep it up and I'll keep coming back 👍

We arrived through drive thru about 915. Ordered the $6 dark meat special. The chicken was hot and the biscuits were soft. The mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw was great also. Cudos to the employees working evening shift at kfc on tyndall pkwy.!

I don't understand why their rating is so low? My son and I just enjoyed a very good meal at this location. And the service was top notch.

Have been to this location several times over the past year, and it was hit or miss on the quality of the food, and cleanliness of the restaraunt. I Went back this evening around 530 to feed a houseful of people, I must say definently a step up from what it was. I was greeted with a huge smile and promptly taken care of, the restaraunt was super clean and organized as well. No trash on the floor and the bathroom was super clean too. Rumor has it there is new Management now. Thank goodness, because we love KFC. Welcome back!!

5$ fill up box, chicken sandwich edition. Sandwich was a bit small, but it comes with a biscuit, fries and coleslaw to go with it. A decently filling and tasty meal for a good price. Everything is fresh (usually) and the staff is pleasant and friendly. Plenty of options for either dinner or a quick snack

Am so glad and fortunate to see how strong people can be. This KFC was damage by the Hurricane and even with that they're managing to still serve you with good chicken and best of all a great attitude with a smile on their faced.

I came through the drive thru this evening around 4 pm and the cashier his name was Richard was very help and courteous and very professional now if only more workers where like him thank you Richard for making it enjoy able to come to KFC. Keep up the hard work.

Maneger Kala was very nice she helped me with selecting my menu items as well as making sure all my food was fresh one thing I would like to point out they (KFC) were very busy but the kitchen was darn near immaculate from floors to the prep and cook areas that I could see

It was the worst chicken I have ever gotten from Kf. They were running behind an I ordered an 8 pc. Family meal and it took along time, they did offer a free drink however when I got my chicken it had very little batter and the skin fell off the chicken and was extremely greasy and the cole slaw had a hole in bottom of container which drained all of the liquid out and was so dry. It was so sad for my family because we really love kfc and was so disappointed and hungry as we were at the beach

Buffet is the way to go! Sometimes you gotta wait for more but when there are a few people all eating chicken, they might run out from time to time. Nice people working there as well.

I come here all the time and these people give me hot fresh food and great service. I want to thank you guys for great food .
