Called to see about an appointment. Expressed my concern for my dog. They worked her in within hours. Very nice, very caring, and complete explanation on every issue my dog had. Pricing was very reasonable. A lot less than expected. Nice & friendly staff. Ella took to them immediately.

They are so friendly and helpful, even when you call and just have a question. They will stick with you and research it for you. They take great care of our pups and always check in and follow up with us to make sure they are healing quickly or doing okay. Thanks y’all!

They take really good care of my fur baby, and will answer any questions or concerns that I may have. They are receive my fur baby and myself with a very friendly hello, love and smile. Thank you guys for being awesome. Almost forgot love how they give reminder calls before an appointment and the after care call to see how the fur baby is doing.

Maddie is walking again thanks in part to the great Vets, and staff of this hospital. She was referred to a surgeon in Tallahassee, but without your help she would not be where she is now. Thank you all!! We will see you for her next set of vaccinations. I highly recommend this place.

great pet hospital! my baby had a scrape on his front leg and we got in within the hour to get it checked out, then about a week later he had gotten sick and I got him in same day and he got to come home that night. my dog also is always excited when we get there.

Took my kitten here for her first check up and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very clean and organized. They handled my pet with care and I felt safe leaving her their with them. They ran very thorough tests to ensure my pet was her healthiest. The appt took about 2hrs because there were other pets there as well. Great place!

Also, it's located inside (at the back of Pet Smart on 23rd St.). Very convenient if you need supplies.

I love Banfield. Everyone is very polite, and caring if your pet. You pet will love you for the choice to come here.

Used this many yrs ago and they saved my dog. It's not cheap but I don't think you can put a cost on your family's life.

The staff at Panama City Banfield are great! They truly make you feel like you're a part of the Banfield family! They know you and your pets when you come in for an appointment! I'd like to share about one staff member at the Panama City Banfield hospital! Natasha has been with us from our first puppy to a litter of 6 puppies! She's super friendly and knows us by our first name and knows our pets as well! She is genuinely caring about our needs and our pets! If I had to choose one staff member at the Panama City Banfield hospital, it would be Natasha! It's not to say the other staff members aren't great because they are, but Natasha stands out! She's a great asset to the Panama City Banfield hospital!

The Vet came out to talk to me about Lady's condition. He was very understanding of my situation & made all medical & instructions as simple as possible! I now am sure again of continuing my dog's health & wellness care with the Banfield folks. From the front desk to the Vet & his staff I shall keep bringing my Ladylisbeth & Leelee in to be taken care of with the loving concern & care they give.

I absolutely love Banfield and have been going here since I got my first dog four years ago. All the vets and vet techs are very kind, friendly, professional, and willing to go over things with me until I understand (drawing a picture to show me what heart failure meant). When I mention to people that they are my vet of choice I get asked, "Aren't they expensive?". While they might be a little more expensive than others, the Wellness Plans they offer offset the extra price. With the plans many things are completely covered, like office visits, and and other things, like some medicine is discounted. They are open 7 days a week and are open a majority of the day, which is great for people with a typical 9-5 job.

Dr. Shatzel is a god send and all of the vet techs are just wonderful! The practise is very short staffed (who isn't these days) so have to plan far ahead for things if possible!

We needed help right away with a foster cat who had an abcess. Being from out of town late Friday afternoon we were so thankful for the opening they made for us. Cat is doing fine. We plan to use this vet with all our pets.

Natasha and the lab techs were extremely courteous and helpful. This was my dogs first visit to this location and it was excellent!

If you'd asked me a while back, our review would have been less than favorable. However, after getting a new vet (Hannah, who is no longer there) we were happy. Last week our precious Donner, a Belgian Malinois, had to go in for his comprehensive exam. He'd been a little sick but the next week he was throwing up all of his food. It turns out that he was in kidney failure. We knew his kidney enzyme levels were high in the past but nothing like this where it had escalated this fast. My review is about the care that was given during our time saying goodbye.

The staff and vet was super nice and best of all, honest. We were told we could do very expensive treatment but it most likely would not work and would only give us another few months even if it did work. Plus, our dog would be hospitalized for 8-12 hours a day for this.

After the hard decision of euthanasia, the staff was so kind and helpful and Donner simply went to sleep with no issues. We were allowed as much time as we needed and were never spoken to with anything but kindness. I know Donner is in doggy heaven but knowing he went to sleep and has no more pain comforts us when we want to feel crushed over this.

They're not perfect but we haven't had a problem since the first time, years ago. I hope everyone of good as an experience as we did in this difficult time.

I took my cat to Banfield Vet Clinic on an somewhat emergency basis due to her developing a large abscess and my regular vet is closed on the weekends. They were able to work us in and Dr. Tracy Finley was so nice and took such good care of us. In fact, I might be thinking of transitioning my pet's care permanently over to them. I was very impressed and it was overall a very positive experience.
