Mike was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Got us an amazing deal and pulled some strings to get our delivery a week early. We had gone to 4 other mattress stores that day and almost didn’t make it to Mattress Firm. So glad we did! Thank you Mike 😊

We walked in with zero knowledge of mattress buying and Bill helped us right away and led us on a quick journey through the store and various mattress options that helped us pinpoint the perfect mattress for us. We were in and out within 30 minutes, if that. No weird sales pitches, no hassling, just helped us figure out what we wanted, then we purchased the mattress and set a delivery date for the next day and we were on our way, which is my ideal shopping experience so I would highly recommend this place.

We are very impressed with our experience at Mattress Firm. Michael (our salesperson), along with his co-worker, listened carefully to what we were looking for and showed us those products first. At no time did they put pressure on us to buy the most expensive mattress. Instead, as we were undecided about our original options, they educated us about other types and price-ranges of mattresses available, explaining the differences in easy-to-understand terms.

Bought my son’s Sleepy’s full size hybrid mattress here and so pleased with the quality and very reasonable price. We bought our hybrid King Size mattress from Mattress Firm about a year ago and are sleeping so comfortably we absolutely love it. I love that Mattress Firm has physical locations with mattresses out that we can try and test, because now-a-days buying mattresses online seems to be the norm-but you really don’t know what you’re getting. We’ll be coming to Mattress Firm!

Bill and Mike are great knowledgeable and friendly people. Bill made the experience fun and without any pressure. He showsd us several beds that matched our needs. We went home and came back the next day and purchased.

Shout out to Joe at the Folsom location I loved that I never felt pressured and wasn’t followed around being hounded, but Joe always available if I had a question. I spent over an hour going between 2 choices. I can’t wait to sleep on my new bed!!!
