Mattress Firm Folsom

Ryan is a great salesman! Pleasant to work with and was great helping entertain our children! He didn’t try pushing more expensive mattresses but showed us and had us try all the mattresses based on the firmness we were looking for. He was also very knowledgeable regarding ALL of our mattress options. He even went above and beyond and showed us the difference in the adjustable base upgrades! Which made a further sale! Overall he was kind and patient, not pushy and even left us alone for awhile to make our final decisions. If you visit the store in Folsom… ask for Ryan!

I went to Mattress Firm without a clear idea of what mattress would best meet our needs. Josh was very helpful in suggesting mattresses to try out. When I mentioned I wanted to try the Purple mattress he sent me to the second Folsom Mattress Firm location where Bill was great in explaining the different Purple choices. After trying them all out and comparing with the other mattresses i had tried, I decided Purple was for me. I returned the next day with my husband so we could both try it out. We were both pleased with the wide selection of mattresses to choose from and the service we received! We’re now happy Purple people.

Joe was amazing tonight. He educated me on all the mattress and picked out the perfect one for my daughter. He went above and beyond and gave me a great deal. I will not shop anywhere else for my mattress needs. Thank you again Joe for your great customer service. I will definitely recommend you to my friends & family!

Marlon is a great guy, I strongly encourage anyone in need of a mattress to go to The mattress firm in Folsom and ask for Marlon. I have shopped at several mattress firm stores with different family members to purchase mattresses, I have always gotten great service, however Marlon has set a new higher standard for what I will expect in the future. I want to be clear I've never had bad service it's just the Marlon was above and beyond the previous great service I had received.

Great personal service from Marlon. He attended to another customer as well giving me the time to test the mattresses we discussed. He ended up finding me a great deal on a Queen (I had wanted a King) higher end mattress for less than that was budgeted for. Also got the adjustable platform and am excited for that.

Joshua was easy going and knowledgeable. I purchased the extra firm 2.0 mattress and some memory foam pillows. The adjustable platform was included. I got an excellent deal for Black Friday. Hopefully, the bed performs the way it presented itself during my showroom experience.

We had a wonderful experience selecting our New Bed with Marlon. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory. He was very patient, friendly and a great listener. He asked key questions that helped him help us narrow our search of the many choices in store inventory down to beds that matched our criteria. Because of his knowledge we had the benefit of comparing 5 different beds that could be and were good matches in a variety of price ranges. We will definitely refer Mattress Firm and Marlon to others that we hear are considering a new mattress purchase.

We were greeted by Michael upon entering the store. He was very helpful without being pushy which we appreciated. There were several brands to choose from and the prices seemed comparable to other places we checked out. We liked the terms of the purchase...availability, delivery, satisfaction guaranteed and $200 to use as we wished. We purchased our last mattress here and are looking forward to receiving our new Sealy hybrid set. Overall a great mattress shopping experience.
