Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

You can tell that the owners and their staff have pride in this business. It was busy but clean and VERY decorated for the holidays. But tastefully so. If you get a chance to go inside, it's a really attractive display! My son and I actually talked about getting dressed up and taking our Holiday photo there. (Yes, we are that cheesy but it really is THAT nice!)

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Stopped today and ordered 2 Large Hot Fudge sundaes. Pis is what I got 🥴

Went in clueless but knowing that a blizzard for $0.85 was in my future. The cashier was more than helpful and walked me through the process and getting the app and I had my blizzard in no time! No complaints! Thank you!

Have never been disappointed at this location, and the staff always seem happy. Well decorated, modern and should be a standard for other Dairy Queen locations to aspire to.

Halloween decorations were over the top Awesome!!! Staff was very friendly.

This place was made up super fun for Halloween with so many decorations. They really got into it. I will warn anyone who scares easily though, you couldn't enter the building from either door without activating something.

I hope they make things this fun for all holidays! I don't go to this location often, but I would just for the fun atmosphere.

Even though we just ordered ice cream and French fries the French fries were not hot.
The very cherry blizzard did not have the same amount of cherry. One was completely cherry, very good, other small amount of cherry not as flavorful.

Usually a quiet family focused, non typical ice cream parlor/ fast food restaurant. The food is very delicious and staff friendly and gotten my orders right every single time. Also they have a large inventory of special DQ signature novelty treats that you can purchase and take home so you can enjoy DQ anytime.

The Medina Dairy Queen lobby was closed the day I went, and I couldn't have been happier! They closed so the high-school workers could attend their Homecoming. I fully support them in this decision although not everyone in line was as accepting.
The drive-through line was long and I happily and patiently waited. I was super polite and appreciative, and offered a tip to the workers. Considering how busy they were, the ones I interacted with were still bubbly and even apologetic!
I probably could have, and maybe should have, come another day so they had one less customer, but we really wanted ice cream. 🍨 😁

The people working here are really great! There was a very no big deal simple mistake made on one of my blizzards and we didn't start eating them until we got home, I called and let them know and they were so sweet in resolving the issue. They had a rush before we came in and were still rocking through orders like Rockstars. Always be kind!

Always a great dinning experience for us. Great fresh burgers, chicken, & sides. I think most people love the desert treats that DQ offeres. My current favorite "Cherry Chip" Blizzard.

Typical Wednesday evening at our local Dairy Queen. Inside is clean, drive-thru seemed quick and painless, nice and easy location. One of the nicer ones out there I'd say

Went in to pick up an ice cream cake for a birthday. Wait was short. Young lady at register was nice, polite and efficient. She added the message without any hesitation. Great exprience and cake was delicious.

Always has the BEST food. I go out of my way to go to this DQ all the time because I know the food will always be super hot and fresh.

Truly the best Dairy Queen i have ever been to. I don't only say this because I have worked their, but it truly is. Working their the three years i did I learned so much more than how to make a curl on a cone or how to make a blizzard. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a first job. As far as the location it self, I have never been to a Dairy Queen were I feel like its clean, and well kept. I have seen some locations their floors are BLACK from all the grease and dirt. Not this one. The food is always hot and fresh and the ice cream is always perfect! Its the perfect place for all ages.!

All these wonderful restaurants that I haven't been to in 20 years just keep getting better and better! Ice cream came with the meal and was dished up first, caramel hot fudge sundae! Next course was onion rings, perfectly crispy. Final entree thick, long chicken strips in honey barbecue sauce with better than McDonalds fries! Feast for my enpty belly, yes!

This is the BEST Dairy Queen by far! The owner always has the place decorated for every occasion. The outdoor eating area has a fireplace and lots of tables and plants. The servers are always pleasant and curtious. Simply said ...I highly recommend a stop by.
