Came in with a suspension concern that turned out to be a separated tire. 4 new tires and an oil change in less than an hour. Service doesn’t get better than that

Needed a battery that I had purchased put in my car. The service was outstanding and time was taken to explain some things to me that I wasn’t aware of and saved me some money.

I went in to get my brakes replaced and informed me that they didn't need to be replaced, just cleaned. They didn't charge me or try to get me to buy unneeded parts. As a female, this is not my usual experience at an auto shop. Jeremy was super friendly, professional, and helpful. I will be returning if I ever need work done.

It sounds like a horror story. "I went in for a tire and three hours later spent $1,100.00!!! "

I did originally go in to get a tire put on a new rim for my Toyota. Phil Osbourne took a look at the brake pads and rotors once he was changing the new wheel and noticed the pads were pretty worn and told me what he had found. (I had taken my car to another shop last year when I thought my brakes were fading and was told that, " No they're fine. You've got at least another 45k on the pads"( Borat thumbs up))

Phil showed me all of the old parts once they were replaced and they were almost paper thin on the pads and the rotors on the front looked glazed from heat. It took about 3 hours to complete the job.

I can now stop on a dime and give you 9 cents in change!! All joking aside the people I dealt with today were friendly and professional. I don't think I got taken in or ripped off by coming here. No one tried to hard sell or force me to get extra work done on my car. I needed to have the work done, and it was in a timely professional manner. Next time I need work done on my Toyota I'll be coming back.

I brought my car in to change the rear brake pads and everyone was so kind and helpful. They worked with me to make sure we didn’t do anything that wasn’t necessary since I drive a pretty old car and I’m not planning to keep it too much longer. They test drove the car to make sure everything was working like it should be, and the price was very reasonable. I am so thankful and would definitely recommend them over other service providers in the area.

I went into the shop and was greated with a smile and a good handshake. Mike asked me what I needed done and he said we can take care of you. That made me feel great! The technician jumped right on my car and within 45 min I was back on the road quiet as a church mouse!!!! This shop is by far the best I have ever been in. Thanks guys for all your help!!!! Awesome service!! We had a brake failure on I-75 at night, and we were lucky to be near this Tire Choice. They hopped on it first thing in the morning, kept us updated, and even sent someone to get us from the hotel. We sure appreciated the fast service. Dusty and his crew really know how to take care of their customers!

I have had two vehicles serviced there this year so far and have had great experiences there. Mike is very knowledgeable and seems to have good techs and knows what is needed to get your car back on the road safely and with the best cost options. I will continue to bring any future problems with my 3 vehicles there first. I did not feel pressured to fix some problems immediately. Some things can wait and some should not..he will advise you as fairly as possible. Thanks.

These guys were great! My muffler had been loud, and I was sure I needed a new one and possibly a new converter. I brought it here and they checked it out for me. They worked on it for about a half hour while I waited in the lobby. I got concerned because they hadn't given me any idea on how much it would cost. The gentleman behind the counter came in and said "You're all set!". Turns out it was a broken bolt and they didn't charge me a dime to fix it! I'll take my car back for any service, because I know they won't rip me off or up charge as other shops do. Definitely recommend these guys!!!!!

While driving across the country, i ran into some serious car trouble. It wasn't long before Phil had my back. Within four hours of calling the shop, he and his team had found, ordered and replaced the front catalytic converter in my car and sent me on my way for 1/3 of the cost of Grismer. I felt supported, and as if i was receiving honest and accurate information. If i were to remain in the area, id definitely be returning to this location. There is nothing i would change about this experience. Thank you, sincerely.

Technicians and manager are very nice and friendly. I had to wait for a bit since they were busy but I got what I needed to fix with an affordable price! Make sure you schedule an appointment online it will definitely save some of your time.

Today I needed tires badly as well as all valve stems replaced due to two bad tires this week. I called and the young man was super nice and told me to drop it off. Called when it was done and went back to get it. Due to unfortunate circumstances if co workers he was there working alone. Answering the phone, changing tires and had a great attitude. I want to say his name is Jamal. I hope I'm right. This guy was so friendly, handled everything perfectly and we are stisfied with our purchase. Give him a raise, employee of the month or some gratitude because others would not have remained so kind under so much stress.

Very pleased with my service from Monro Muffler in Miamisburg. Great quality and affordable compared to other nearby auto service companies. The manager Mike went above and beyond to explain what was needed to keep our family on the road and my children safe. Thank you Monro!!

This is is the only place I trust with my car. I get my oil changed there and they always do a great job and in a very good time. The customer service there is unmatched. They've definitely earned my loyalty as a customer. See you in another 1000 miles guys.

I normally hate oil changes. The employees are often dirogatory or try to take advantage of me because I'm a women. That was not the case here. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Upon seeing my out of state tags, they asked if I was going on a long trip and offered to rotate my tires for free. They ran around five diagnostic tests on various components and told me I did not need any work done. Most places will lie that something is broken to charge you more money but here they ran the tests and then told me I did not need to spend more money. At the end of my appointment it was raining, so they pulled my car I to the closest bay so it would be easy for me to leave and not have to get wet- a simple act but it showed they cared about their customers and not just their money. Overall, it was very positive experience and I will be sure to return here if I need an oil change next time I am in town.

Great and fast service. I quickly needed two new tires and got there after 10am, and I had the tires on shortly after on such short notice. The two working there were very friendly and helped me get home safely on the road with their service.

I really enjoyed my time here they were really sweet and very welcoming ! The gentleman working were very kind to me and worked something out with me when I didn’t have all the funds. Such a great place for car service!

I've visited this location for oil changes and Brandon has done a fantastic job for me; even staying late when I went in crying at 7:00 pm needing an oil change before leaving to go out of town; they were closing! I've since returned twice for oil changes and am very satisfied with the service.
