Went here yesterday with my grandma to get her hair cut in the salon. The lady there was so sweet and chatted with my grandma while doing her hair. She was smiling and having a great time (both of them)! I ended up buying some nail polish and leave in conditioner (they have some 10% coupons laying out on the front desk I used for those.) My grandma worked for this JCPenney's for over 40 years so I'm quite familiar with it! Staff here is great! Nice organized store with huge selection of everything you need. I love the home collection here and the lamp department! They've always got a great clearance shoe section! Check them out!

Great selection of clothes for the whole family. Really nice quality merchandise to choose from. Would lots of different brands to choose from. Staff was helpful, friendly and got me the answers I was looking for quickly and efficiently. It's definitely a location where I'm going to shop that again.

Understaffed, If you can't find it you can't purchase it. Corporate needs to hire people that KNOW and UNDERSTANDS retai at the Corporate level. Would hate to see Penney's go under due to poor leadership.

They had great sales right before Xmas. Good quality materials as well.

My husband and I were clueless trying to buy curtains and a rod. We have custom lengths and widths. The sales lady (Woletta?) was so nice and helpful. We got everything we needed at a fraction of the cost we thought we'd have to pay. Great people and prices.

I went to bedding during JCP's mattress sale. Peggy was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise and the process. She made my shopping and purchasing experience successful and smooth. I have been in contact with the third party delivering company and booked my delivery appointment.

Penney's is still doing good! While most department stores have closed, Penney's is hanging in there. They have such cool stuff! I especially like the women's vests with matching dog vests!! Cute idea!!

It was nice being able to see clothes in my size!!! The selection of larger size bras could be expanded!! I hadn't bought a bra from the mall in decades!! The one that fit, really didn't but I had to have a bra!! The cups are too big but at least I can make it work!!

The one clerk could smile, 😁. It goes a long way.

They always have what I need and the merchandise quality it's wonderful. The advertised sale is always a sale.

If you have not been to JCPenney in a while go check out the store! It is clean and friendly and safe during these times of uncertainty, shelves are stocked and a sales person will walk with you to your desired location and chat with you about sales and discounts. And, if you need curtains you must go and see the massive selections. I am more than pleased to shop here again. Great prices and great quality for your finds and needs.

I purchased a few shirts, on sale/ online and I was able to pick them up within a few hours. I love the shirts, fit and quality!! Thanks, JCPENNEY!!

So i love to bargain shop and i love pennys. Never thought that i would get both at the same time. But my sister and i was walking through and i seen clearance. We had to stop. I ended up getting a pair of pants and a handbag. Retail should've been around $86, but after there great deals i spent $6.61. I will be back when i have more time.

My man and my son got my gorgeous mothers day jewelry from here and the deals are crazy good I would highly suggest going there

J.C.Penney always has a fantastic Big & Tall selection at awesome prices! Having a chub husband means we shop there for every occasion & come away with something perfect. The clearance racks are a super bonus.

I had looked for some time to find those wide belts. Online was rather expensive. I happened to try Penny’s and was more than pleased. I got a great price and even found a pair of shoes in the clearance. I have a very difficult time getting shoes that work for my feet. They more than met my needs shopping at JC Penny. The belt was perfect with my new dress.

Good prices. Friendly staff. Ordered items online & picked up in store. Items arrived quickly and was the right size and looked like the items online. No wait to pick up items when arriving to store.

I love this storm. I had a terrible scare here. My daughter was trying on clothes. She had been back there probably 6 or 7 times to try stuff on. when she went to try something else on she decided to go into the other dressing room on the boys side. She took forever coming out and I did not know where she was I looked all over the place for her as well as in the dressing room that she had been going into the whole time. I started to freak out a little bit and it must have shown on my face because someone working there ask me if everything was okay. I told her that I could not find my daughter. She instantly radio to the manager he came and announced on the intercom to close all the entrances and exits of the store. Everyone stops doing what they were doing and helped me look for my daughter. She ended up coming out and everything was okay but I thought it was amazing of them to just take action as quick as they did.
