DXL Big + Tall

Excellent help from our sales assistant. I like having a brick-and-mortar store to go to so we can see and try on various items and styles. The convenience of having ordered items not in stock with free shipping to our home was also very convenient!

The manager was super helpful and went above and beyond. Always great products here!!

Laura was a HUGE, amazing help when my boyfriend and I stopped in recently to get him clothes for a wedding. Went in 30-40min before closing and she helped us pick out sport coat, pants and shirt that looked great on him! Plus got our purchases rung up just as the store closed.

Great place for larger guys. I've rarely had an issue with anything here, and when I have, they've had great customer support. Recently an order had been held up due to an issue with an address verification but Chris here was able to resolve it in minutes. Will be stopping here again.

Great service and almost the only place I can buy shirts that don’t look like crops tops because I’m tall.

I have always enjoyed shopping at dxl they offer a great variety of clothes. I have been recently giving away old clothes.

So I can purchase some new ones. I can always count on dxl to provide me with a great variety to choose from.

This was my first trip to DXL, and I am really angry at myself for not coming sooner. Shopping for clothes as a bigger guy is always a tremendous pain, especially if you actually want clothes that are well-made and look good. DXL was a breath of fresh air.

Firstly, I was greeted by an attendant the moment I walked in the door. And not in that "we've got our eye on you" or "hurry up and give us your money" tone that I am used to. It was warm, friendly, and respectful, and immediately made me feel welcome.

After checking to make sure the people that he was currently serving were alright for a few minutes (a nice touch; I always hate it when people drop me just because someone else walked in, and I would have hated to have caused someone else to feel like that), the attendant walked over, shook my hand, and asked how he could help me.

From there, the shopping experience just got better as he quickly and efficiently took my measurements and then seamlessly guided me around the store to show me different options based on my direction. In no time, I had several full new outfits that I was very happy with.

I'm not going to lie. For someone used to doing his clothes shopping at Walmart, DXL is shockingly pricey. But you get what you pay for, and the clothes I got here are well worth the price tag in terms of quality and fit, and when one adds in the excellent customer service, well it's a bargain.

Excellent store for the big guy. Good selection of everything from athletic to casual to business professional. Friendly knowledgeable staff that are equally good with letting you browse or going full-on personal shopper should you ask. Clothing is pricy, but of very good quality. Especially the store brands. You do get what you pay for.

Only downside is getting into this location. Very busy intersection with a concrete divider that prevents. Left turn into the lot. Generally fastest to cut through the mall parking lot for the easy right turn into the store’s lot.

Very clean and nice and big store with attentive staff. Great experience and the selection was good with lots of choices.

Wide (no punt intended) variety to shop for. Name brands. I shop for Ralph Lauren. Great prices and the staff are very helpful, nice and make sure each costumer feels welcomed. I highly recommend!

Great experience! The store had everything I was looking for, and more. Customer service exceeded Nordstrom's--friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends, family, and work associates. The overall condition of the store, its bathroom, and its changing rooms was clean and well maintained. Thank goodness you survived the COVID pandemic shutdown. I look forward to my next visit. If your coupons didn't expire so soon, I'd visit the store more often. Thank you!

Spent literally 4 hours in 7 different stores looking for suit and I wish I had just gone here first. The staff was amazing and in 20 minutes I had a suit that fit perfectly being direct shipped to my home. I can not stress how friendly and helpful they were. I will never suit shop anywhere else.

Christopher was very patient and helpful, as was the young woman. I apologize for not remembering her name. They are a large part of the reason we make the 30 min. drive down to this store.

The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous from the time you enter the store until you walk out a satisfied customer.
The staff offers assistance but does not hound you while there to buy something. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable giving each potential purchasing customer the much needed time to find exactly what they are looking for.
When help is needed, by staff, they are quickly to respond in a friendly manner.
This store is overall a very impressive and professionally ran store that caters to the customer's needs. Great job

Just recently started going to this store. Pretty good selection. Cologne is great for the price right at the counter. Most importantly the people that work there. man they are wonderful. Really a great atmosphere
