Customer service great. Today they offered at leadt 15.00 off 49.00, so I found some comfortable sandals for summer. Still looking for some closed toe summer flats, so I will check their website. Strongly recommend DSW they have such a large variety of all kinds of shoes and great clearance deals too.

Large selection, good quality. Has more foot related stuff than just shoes. A little pricey but makes up for it in selection.

Went there today got wonderful service, forgot a birthday coupon for November but the teller was able to find one that I could use which made my day, wish I remembered her name but she needs a pay raise to make sure she stays at this company.

I was highly impressed with the store, employees and location. I had multiple questions that (Jill) was happy to answer for me. I was also greeted by a young clerk named ( Amelia) and Brent was over the top by offering me any discounts that were going on that day. I will definitely be a return customer to this business. Found two great pair of shoes at a great price. Wearing large sizes it's hard to find great options DSW has them.

The first time I was ever in here. The lady who worked there helped me find the shoes I was looking for. The service was fine. Check out was a little slow due to the numbers of customers.

Employees are always friendly, and they have a really good selection at reasonable prices. They'll order your size if they don't have it in store and ship it free to your house. The rewards program is great, and their website is well integrated with the store.

Wow what a store! The employees are very helpful and one in particular named “Thomas” I believe, helped me greatly! I didn’t know what I was looking for and he helped me pick out just the right shoe! I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for all my shoe needs and will recommend it to many friends!

This had much more available in store than I expected m the store was very clean and well designed. Staff was efficient and nice. Good place to look for multiple types of shoes.

I love DSW! Especially the clearance section in the back! I've gotten expensive shoes in perfect condition there for $15 (yes, FIFTEEN DOLLARS) several times between the clearance price and the discounts off that and added coupons, etc. I love to shop there. Nearly all of my shoes were purchased there.

Carlisa helped me tonight. Came in looked around a bit, Carlisa came up and welcomed me and asked if I needed help. To which I responded give me a few minutes, and she respected my wishes and let me look around. I could not find what I was looking for as I have wide feet which makes finding business/office shoes nearly impossible. So I went and found Carlisa, she immediately began asking me questions about my size and style within 10 minutes we had a winner. She was extremely friendly, great customer service, efficient, and detail oriented. She is the reason I will be returning in the future!
