Tried to call today and make an appt for my Newborn. The girl that answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to someone else and she must have just laid the phone down and left for the day. Tries to call 6 times unable to reach anyone. I have been taking my other children to Sara for years. My Daughter is almost 11 years and Son is 3. Unfortunately won’t be going back to her. I was told by the girl that answered I should have made my appt for my newborn a month ago and when I said. How could I make an appt for a newborn a month ago?? , I’m being discharged from the hospital and was told to take my newborn to be seen in 1-2 days. She said well didn’t you know your estimated due date? That’s when I asked to speak to someone else. Whoever this girl is in charge of answering phones needs to find a job she likes.
