We worked with Underground Printing to do lots of custom apparel for our bagel shop -- Tov Bagel. We worked with Evan who was incredible through every step of the process and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a seamless order!

Absolutely excellent customer service. When I placed my first order, the UGP representative (Evan, who is awesome) very patiently sat down with me and walked me through all the variables involved in shirt printing - a sort of "T-shirt 101". I have placed numerous large orders with UGP since then and have never had cause to complain about customer service, product quality, and timeliness of delivery. A+ to everyone involved.

The sweatshirts arrived Friday as promised in spite of my indecisiveness and endless questions. The very quick arrival was extremely impressive!! Your product was great (everything you'd want in a sweatshirt -- warm, comfy, thick at a good price and the logo and company name looks really great -- the black really pops out against the "neon" yellow/green). Excellent customer service. Outstanding work on the pre-production side getting our design right and following up for points of clarification. Quick turnaround time. A few of our shirts arrived with stains on them, and UGP sent us replacements very quickly and provided samples of higher quality shirts for us to consider for the next order.

I remember when these folks first arrived in East Lansing and Ann Arbor back in the day. I am glad to know they have grown their business considerably over the years but haven't lost their personal, small business touch. Will definitely work with them again!

Danny and the Underground Printing crew were great! I put in an order for my student soccer team with logos on the front and numbers on the back. It was nice to be able to stop in and chat with Danny to go over some details and then put in the order online. Since we are the School of Natural Resources and Environment, we wanted organic shirts--no problem! The order was completed faster than quoted and everything was accurate. Once we paid the initial $50 fee to submit our program logos, we were able to start ordering high quality apparel from their wide variety of options. The products are embroidered, not just printed, so they last and look awesome. The co-workers give tons of complements, and I can look professional, while showing my company pride. I have been using UGP for 12 years and they are amazing. There is no better place to get custom screen printing. I live across the country from the headquarters and still use them. The staff is great to work with, they are very creative and assist you with your artwork, and they are fast! They also have a great inventory of clothing items to screen print.
