Excellent customer support from Chris. He was highly professional and pleasant, and took care of all our complicated concerns. We went in ready to switch carriers - because of his excellent service, we remain Verizon patrons.

Bryce was very good at helping me transition from an Android to an Apple. Came home with a new phone I know how to use and all the accessories.

Devon was a big help. I enjoyed her customer service. Please come see her.

Angela was amazing. She handled multiple clients at once each with different priorities and needs. She was kind, knowledgeable and took extra time to ensure everyone was comfortable. I had an excellent experience in this store!

Chris, the lone salesperson, managed to provide first-rate service to as many as five customers at the same time. He was remarkable.

UPDATE on 1/13/2021: I had another opportunity to experience excellent customer service today at this store. Devon helped me make some adjustments to our account. She was extremely helpful and we will definitely return to the store when we need new phones!

In the past when I stopped here for help with an odd phone issue, Matthew was knowledgeable and efficient as other reviewers said, also patient about explaining the situation and teaching me how to analyze it.

So recently when my new Pixel phone had a frustrating technical problem, I came in again hoping for efficient help, and was sorry to find out that Matthew had moved.

But Yay! Not to worry. Devon was great! She listened to my questions, asked me some questions to verify that she understood my description, and suggested a couple of solutions with the pro and con of each so I knew what to base my choice on. Her colleague, on hold on the phone for another customer, also made a suggestion for me while he was waiting because he had heard our discussion .

They were both professional and thought outside the box to figure out the best solution *for me*. Although there is a Verizon store closer to me, driving a little farther to this GoWireless store is worth it for the technically adept - and friendly - help.

I had an excellent experience here. Matt was helping me and did a wonderful job explaining everything I had questions about. I asked so many questions and often the same one several times and he was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me towards a phone best suited for my needs. I was very concerned about being taken advantage of with the fees and insurance, as that has happened a lot in the past with other establishments, but the guys there today were extremely transparent with the fees and plans and the costs of everything. I had an extremely good experience and will definitely go back to this location next time I need something from Verizon!

Devon went above and beyond helping me get a new phone. I have NEVER had anyone look deeply into saving me money with my monthly bill as she had. During this pandemic she gracefully handled the people in the store solely.
I had an issue with storage with my new phone, I called and Devon said she would be there early and she would help me with my issue before her official working day started!
Took care of my storage issue as promised...
This type of work ethic is hard to come by in this day and age, I surely hope Devon is recognized as a superior employee and gets rewarded well for her outstanding service.

Great experience with Jake and Matthew. Store was 4 deep in customers and watched these guys help everyone thoroughly and generously. Once it was my turn my patience paid off. They spent lots of time with me and helped transfer some recent valuable photos that I would have hated to lose. I’ll be back here again for sure. Friendly guys that were very helpful.

I went into the store to replace a Google pixel phone. Was able to get an iPhone 14 with no hassle and a plan that suit my needs. My customer care agent, Nick, was really, really helpful!

We went in the day after Christmas 2021. We were welcomed by Theo B. He was absolutely amazing, atentative with all customers. He was so helpful. And continuously paid attention to all customers. This man is amazing! Will definitely be back if he is working

Matt Lovell is a gem! He made my day, which was going quite poorly, much, much better! He is knowledgeable, helpful, not at all pushy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today. He brings back the concept of "good customer service" ! Nice work!

Devon was the best Verizon rep I have ever worked with. Extremely patient, kind & understanding. Listened to my cell phones needs & then followed through, taking time to explain everything at my level. Devon does need help. After trying several attempts to get our screen protectors replaced we stopped here for one final try... Devon was awesome!! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Will be seeing her for all our future needs
