First time dealing with this shop and I must say Anna the manager went above and beyond to make my experience 5 stars. She was very helpful and pleasant. You are very lucky to have her as an employee, especially these days. Thank u.

Our baseball team came in this afternoon and the young lady who was alone there did a fabulous job getting all of our orders done in such quick and polite fashion. Impressive! Ice cream was great!

They have daiquiri ice here, yum!! That's hard to find at all BR's. Service here is always quick and friendly. Shares a shop with Dunkin Donuts.

can only give the two stars because they one didn’t have the flavors that were advertised on their menu website. Secondly, they were totally out of waffle cones, but that’s a big deal. Lastly their ice cream was weird. It wasn’t creamy like regular ice cream is was almost chunky like.

Out of a lotta stuff ....wow .....

I really can’t even give them 1 star, first the girl taking our order needed to hear it 5 times and she still didn’t get it right. The ice cream was frozen burn and the banana split the put in a one scoop cup and she said we fit it all in there but of course you can’t fit a banana split in a one scoop container. We also asked for extra pecans and not one. I am going back to speak to a manager . This was so disappointing and the girl was rude!!!
