The Home Depot

Went in for some electrical supplies and they had just what I needed. Even found some deals on items due to the holiday season. No wait at checkout and the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful.

Typical Home Depot. Usually kept in pretty good stock. During my visit today, I couldn't find a few items, but the team members were very helpful and easy to find. I ended up finding everything on my list. Between Lowe's and Home Depot, I usually will choose Home Depot.

My husband and I moved to the area in 2021 and immediately began renovations on our new home. So far we've done a complete remodel in the kitchen, built an additional bathroom, finished a walkout basement with second kitchen, replaced flooring, and had a garage built. And the Ludington Home Depot store has been a tremendous help along the way by providing materials, advice, and qualified installers to get the job done.

First and foremost, their store employees are the absolute best! It's rare these days to experience such a consistently high level of custom service. But we've encountered nothing but friendly, knowledgeable people who seem genuinely happy to help in any way possible.

In particular, Paul in kitchens, and Shirley in flooring were such a pleasure to work with, and their knowledge and advice made our projects almost effortless.

We are equally as pleased with the handful of contractors and installers that we've hired through Home Depot. They have all been dependable, professional, and did really great work.

Home renovations are never fun but it sure makes it a lot less stressful with the Ludington Home Depot team in your corner. Thank you to all!!

Best one out of the big 3 and big rapids! Love this town.

Staff has always been so helpful

My husband and I would like to thank John for helping us twice this week with horizontal blinds. He cut blinds for us two separate days, and was both helpful and very cordial both visits We feel he is definitely an asset to your store! Thank you John!

Got some beautiful succulents. The vendor Mary was wonderful. She helped me find the perfect plant and even gave me pointers for keeping it healthy!!!

Store is incredible. The people here are extremely helpful. It is an hour an a half from my house but they a something in stock no one else did. I called ahead to make sure it was available and Samy sought the item and had taken off the top shelf and on a cart for us when we arrived. The store was clean and very well organized.

Staff was amazing, helped us all over the store in different departments. Didn't have 18 inch stakes price matched the next size up. Really great experience.

It's home Depot. Staff was very pushy about us getting extra items at checkout for what I assume they get a bonus of some sort, almost trying to guilt us into buying. Other than that everyone was friendly.

We needed some drywalling supplies so we stopped at Lowes for the supplies and found they were completely out of the supplies we use. So we made our way to Home depot. This store is clean and they had what we needed. It was very interesting to see notices hanging that many of the drywall supplies may have shortages at Home depot where the supplies were plentiful, while Lowes had no notices nor supplies. We will return to this store since we ordered our waterproof vinyl flooring from here.

What's to say we don't already know. They always have just what I need.

Very friendly team associates compared to other Home Depots. I’ve always been looked after if I’m not sure what I need to complete projects.

Went looking for railing for our back deck found what we were looking for and while we were looking at the products available had a young man come over and asked if we needed help very nice and informative.

Had a great visit to HD this afternoon. Need some paint and Jerry at the paint counter was knowledgeable. He answered my questions with care and provided ideas when I asked. I didn't even purchase today, but I probably will because of him. Great employee, HD!

Favorite store. I normally hate shopping, but here I can spend hours. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. I just wish I had bought stock in HD when I first started coming here years ago. They say to invest in what you love. Missed out on that chance.

We have purchased our entire kitchen appliances for our new home from Ludington Home Depot. We asked Roberta, our great saleslady in the appliances, to find us a 14 cu ft, upright, manual freezer for our garage.
She researched it for us & we bought the GE model. I can't recommend Roberta any higher as she's so helpful & knowledgeable too.

home depot has it figured out a lot better than lowes for hardware.Lowes looking through book for codes. Home Depot got code off items out the door in 2 minutes, stood around for 10 minutes easy at Lowes.
