Best McDonald's experience yet! Put Hart customer service to shame. Had 2 elderly ladies one at each window both super sweet and friendly with smiles on their faces. AND my breakfast was HOT and just right (we had a special order). THANK YOU for your kindness!

My dude Justin hooked it up big time. Told me about some off the menu BLT and it was 🔥 🔥 He was awesome and went above and beyond. He should be given a raise immediately.

I worked at this restaurant about 18 years ago and I am happy to see that they still have the same high standards of service that they did when I worked there. That can't be said about all restaurants these days. I have had several people at other restaurants not say a single word to me when they handed me my food, even though I was friendly to them. They act like my presence is unwanted and inconvenient. Every time I have gone here, the staff has been friendly and professional. The service has been fast (busy times- fast as possible). My order has been accurate and the food has tasted fresh. Thank you and keep up the good work!

A really remarkable McDonald's! All the teams in every job were being intentional with their work, the facility and play place was so clean, and every single employee was super friendly. I never review fast food places, but just felt compelled to share a "Well done!"

This is a clean, updated and remodeled McDonald’s with a PLAYPLACE (for you parents with kids!). The building is modern and attractive. The bathrooms were clean so that’s a plus! The kids play area was also clean and play equipment looked new.

Kind of interesting, the order lobby area has self-serve ordering kiosks. Don’t worry, you can also order at the counter if you’d like. But the kiosks let you customize your order like you always could, pay, and pick up at counter a short time later.

Staff is amazing and good is always good. I've never had an issue getting exactly what I offered.

The McDonald's in Ludington Michigan is the BEST McDonald's EVER! The food (breakfast ) was prepared perfectly! The service was absolutely outstanding....they were so polite and my food was served hot and relatively quick. They were very customer focused....I was very impressed and I have been to 100's of McDonald's all over the Country. Thank you!....the Staff at this location needs to be commended on their great customer service!!

For a McDonald's this is pretty nice. There's a large parking lot for people pulling boats or RVs. The atmosphere is inviting. Free wi-fi. Interior is modern and updated. I like the fireplace area, plus there is a giant play place for kids. Our food was fast and fresh.

We ate out on their outdoor patio,it was nice but they had the AC blowing on us and it was already a bit cool out .asked for it to be shut off they didn't know how to. Our waitress was really great..food was really good yes I like Spanish food...lol

Good quick service from the drive thru. Food was hot and as expected. Using the app makes this a great, economical meal.

Decent playplace. Worked on a rainy day.

They were extremely understaffed. Extremely busy and extremely polite and helpful anyway! Our food was fine and despite all of tve clear issues these fine people shone like stars! Sauce was missed and they happily gave it to us with an apology. Be patient and kind and these kind folks return it 10 fold!

the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, I didn’t get demoralized or degraded…instead I got told by 3 different people to have a good day:) best food ever and it took less thank 3 minutes

Had my daughter's 3rd birthday here and it was great. Just over 50.00 and ended up getting 10 kids meals with drinks, 10 sundays and a cake. Hardly no clean up, no cooking and the kids can play and burn off energy. I will definitely do this again.

Although I did not eat more than once here, the food seemed very americanized and greasy to perfection. The tables were clean and floor was wet, meaning it was cleaned recently. I would love to see a better lettuce provider for this restaurant because it is the embodiment of plastic ass. Other than that, it was great. 5 stars.

This McDonald's is very clean and has a great motif. The walls are very clean and white. The service was quick and accurate.

Visiting the area from out of town and stopped at the only McDonald’s in town. Food was good and had awesome customer service. Samantha was doing an excellent job staying positive even though they (like everyone else) is short staffed! Good job and thanks!
