The best fast food service + experience in Ludington. Food is fresh and the staff are friendly and get your order right!

Took my granddaughter here after school. We had a great talk over a baconator and fries. Best day ever.

Patrick in the drive-through was an amazing server. He was so sweet and kind, definitely made my day!!

Vincent, at the counter, gave us excellent service. We had a fussy order with lots of instruction. He was patient and only wanted to get our order right. This is one of the best Wendy's in Michigan.

It is a very good restaurant and I highly recommend to every one is hungry...enjoy I just they had of them open.

Went thru drive thru with three Hungary and loud children. The girl taking our order was so polite patient and sweet. We go to a lot of drive in resteraunts . But wendys sure out did themselves hiring this amazing employee.

We occasionally order a burger, Since we require gluten free, we take it home, peel off the buns and put it on our own GF hamburger buns. This is a treat now and then. We order via the mobile app which makes it easy to time your pickup. Friendly staff, too!

We stopped here for a quick bite before driving home. As with any Wendy’s, it was an enjoyable experience. We were helped by Matt, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When our order took a bit longer than expected, he gave us a free coffee for our troubles. He was very apologetic about the wait. Thanks for the great service, this was much appreciated.

Came in before our football game. Lines were long, but they grew short very quickly. Excellent service, very friendly staff, food was done within 5 minutes of ordering and it was very fresh. Restaurant was very clean. Would eat here again if I ever find myself in Ludington.

Fast service, food was hot and tasty, order was accurate, and location is great. We went through the drive thru so I can't rightly comment on the cleanliness of the inside. All in all, it's a good location, we had a good experience, and will definitely return again soon.

We stop at this Wendy's when we are visiting Ludington and are rarely disappointed. Compared to most other fast food joints, this one is above average.

Went through the drive thru then parked in the parking lot to eat. I needed to use the restroom but learned the lobby was closed after walking to the door. The manager came to my car asking if I was missing a sandwich. I explained I was looking for a restroom. She let me go in even though the lobby was closed. Thank you so much!!!

I felt so happy sorry for the people working. They were understaffed. The man taking orders and running the cash register actually chased a car down to give the people their credit card. Our order was exactly what we ordered. Kudo's to the workers.

Food was fresh, hot, and good. Cashier was fast & friendly and as soon as the line was down she started cleaning the dining room. The whole staff seemed to work well together, very efficient. Best fast food dine-in experience I've had in a long time.

Food and service is great. The frozen desert tastes like an ice cream and is refreshing.

Love Wendy's the workers are always super friendly I definitely feel like more people should eat at Wendy's they have an exciting menu great prices I've never been let down

Today my family and I visited Wendy’s for lunch. We had the best service I have ever received! Rebecca took our order. She greeted us from the start and made our day! She was calm and cool and never seemed overwhelmed. She double checked our order and realized we were missing a sandwich. She calmly told us to go to our seats and check which one we were missing and she would have the sandwich out “likity-split.” So, we went back and double checked and by the time we figured it out she was already at our table ready to ask which one we needed. It was no longer than a minute when she came back with the missing sandwich and a friendly smile. I don’t think I have ever had better customer service than what Rebecca gave us. Rebecca had a smile that would warm your heart and make you want to smile. My family and I left Wendy’s smiling and feeling happy about the service we received! I highly recommend this Wendy’s they have the best staff (especially Rebecca), great food, and a clean friendly environment!
