Omg let's start off with I have been to Las Vegas , KY , Florida , and NOT one place had the chili cheese burrito !!! For about 4 years now i couldn't find it anywhere even messaged BRING it back !!!!! Finally The Ludington Michigan Taco Bell had it and omg. Thank you !!!!! I also got two hard shell tacos. I will be a regular customer from here on out at this place. A++++ service as well. Thank you. ☺

Foods Good. People are Nice.
I only use the Drive through.
Food is a bit messily put together. Very hard to eat it in the car without making a mess.
Really need to be at a table.
The outside area looks Clean n nice normally.

I placed an order tonight for pick up at our local Ludington Taco Bell and when we got it home it was completely wrong. I called and talked to the manager Zach and he told me that Doordarsh people have been in and out and most likely grabbed my order. He asked me to read him my order and I did, he said that he would remake my order right away. When I got back to town to pick it up, it was ready, he upgraded our drink size and apologized again for the mistake. 5 stars for a really great manager who was super friendly, understood, and was more than happy to make it right. Thanks Zach for a great experience after a rocky start!

We stopped to get a quick bite for our drive home. Dakota was our cashier and was kind and clear. The line moved quickly, our food was fresh!!! Hands down the BEST Taco Bell I have ever had. Everything that we ordered was beyond expectation. This is what any meal from any Taco Bell should not only taste like but presented like as well. Big thumbs up to Dakota and the team who put our order together!!! Will be returning in the future if I’m in the area.

Typically stop here when I'm passing threw. Today the food was not as expected... One of the soft shells had rice and spuds in it, didn't notice until I bit down.. But it was still good lol. Line was long they were busy but the guy handing it's the order was still friendly.

I've lived in Ludington all my life and our Tbell has never let me down everything is so scrumptious!

The food is amazing, but the cashier on the 2nd of August 1pm , super awkward.. Make customers feel out of place..iv witnessed this time and time again, if you want better customer appeal, switch this guy up to another job. Other wise, hes a good worker but maybe he is better NOT as a cashier.

Whoever the new manager is, they are rocking it. Taco Bell was never open, no employees. Now, always open, correct orders, friendly service! Thank you!

When we went it was drive-thru only. Our order was hot and fresh and exactly right. The crew members were kind and caring and made sure that I've had everything and anything that we need it. The wait in the line was extremely short and they got everything moved fast and correct.

Freshly prepared food. You can tell who ever is preparing the food takes pride in pleasing the customer. My favorite Taco Bell so far. :-)
