Good experience overall. Place is very neat and clean and I did not have to wait long to be seen. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.

scheduled an appointment for late afternoon but I walked in to see if my daughter could be seen sooner. the front desk lady was so happy to help and made sure we were one of the first ones seen. Mind you it was busy around 10:30 am but she was very kind and helpful. MD who helped was also great and interactive with my daughter.

Every time I go to the Weirton MedExpress the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and are very thorough.

I was seen here today and the NP, Mindy, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, kind, and took time with me even though I know she was very busy! The front office staff and the MA’s were also great! Everyone was friendly and efficient!

Office staff were very polite and amazing to deal with and talk too during my visit there for my testing I needed done. I was in and outta there in no time at all! 10/10 would recommend going here in the future

I was taken in before my appointment time, the staff was friendly, and the doctor spent an adequate time with me and explained everything thoroughly.

I have had excellent care, and follow up there. Friendly and helpful staff, answers all your questions. I am very thankful for the good experiences I had. I come from a very rural area, and we did not have this type of facility or care. Nor the options. Agree with the reviews Dr K went above and beyond to help, suggesting other testing, and was very easy to speak to and he explained everything to me

Justina Newton NP was very thorough in her questions, as well as her assessment, and the tests that she ordered during my visit. With the results of the tests and assessment, she diagnosed the problem and gave the appropriate prescriptions for the treatment of my acute bronchitis. I was very pleased with her professionalism, quick service, and the kindness she exhibited. I recommend going to Med Express in Weirton, WV. I also want to thank the support staff that helped me with registration and being placed in a room promptly.

I easily scheduled an appointment online for an office visit the next day, after an injury. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and provided me all services I needed at that time. They then referred me to an orthopedic surgeon for specialty services required. I would visit MedExpress again if I ever need that type of service again (and hopefully I won't.)

I would give them 10 stars if I could - they saved my life. The staff at the front desk were superb! I tried to get a walk-in but they were booked until later that evening so I got an appointment and went shopping. Came back early and they took me in when they had an opening. I saw Dr. Knierim. He took his time with me, listened to my symptoms and told me it was likely I had a blood clot in my leg. Convinced me to go to the ER where they found EXTENSIVE clots in my leg and clots in both lungs.

I wish Dr. K had a regular practice so I could see him all the time!!

Was seen yesterday 2-15 for sinus infection. Wonderful staff at Weirton Urgent Care. Check in process was easy. Everyone very professional and was taken care of in timely manner. Would recommend this urgent care to everyone. Thank you.

What a great experience I had at this location. From Nurse Tiffany to Doctor Tim I couldn’t be happier. My exam was thorough with lots of questions and the treatment was spot on, I woke up the next morning feeling so much better. This group is a breath of fresh air in medicine these days !!!

This urgent care does a fabulous job. Always a pristine facility and the staff are kind and accommodating. The wait can be long, but that’s through no fault of their own. I see it as them taking the time each patient needs, because that’s the experience I have there as a patient. And there’s always a lot of people there to be seen so, the wait is expected! I’m grateful to be able to be seen at a quality facility without leaving town.

Took my veteran husband in for suspected pneumonia. They were very busy, but worked with him as quickly as possible. We are very satisfied with the results! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service upfront. The medical assistant was kind and listened to all my problems. The NP was very smart and made sure she went over everything and made me feel very listened to and comfortable. Great care is worth the long wait (even though I didn’t have wait long!). Great overall experience!

I brought my son here last week. We arrived pretty early (around 9 am), and they told us it was about an hour wait, which it was. The parking lot filled up very quickly, and I was amazed at how many people they saw during our time waiting in the car. Clearly they were busy and doing a very good job of treating patients in a timely manner. The doctor was very thorough when diagnosing and treating my son, and the staff was excellent. I commend everyone who works there, I cannot imagine how overloaded they are at this time, and I appreciate all you do!

MedExpress has to be the greatest invention ever! No one wants to wait in the ER for hours, or wait days to get into their PCP. I love them! And they never make me feel like I’m NOT sick, they take me seriously.

Walked right in after scheduling appt online. Wasn’t rushed, all concerns were addressed.

Except for Waiting a little longer than what I liked, my visit was great. I feel that Dr Knierim is the best. He Did all the appropriate test and prescribed medicines that are definitely helping. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend MedExpress to anyone.
