This was my first experience with purchasing from here. I would highly recommend it. Very nice people to work with and Carla was the sweetest person I have have dealt with in a very long time. She was very helpful and went above and beyond. They all were great ! And Thanks Terry Walton for telling me the brand of flooring I needed to meet my criteria.

Bill, the manager of this location, is absolutely wonderful! He assisted me with a uhaul emergency, and I can't express how grateful I am to him. My brother broke down, driving from Salem and heading to Florida. I called to get a rental, and Bill was very helpful and understanding. Although his uhaul manager was out, he was able to assist me in getting my brother home before the next snow storm trapped them again. I have no doubt that Bill will always go above and beyond to assist his customers! I would definitely use them if I'm ever in West Virginia!

Used them twice in two houses great professional work I highly recommend!! Gave me great prices . Better than DIY!!

Pretty cool little store

This is a terrible business to rent a u-haul from. Their communication was nonexistent. They do not care if you are satisfied or not. The u-haul was filthy and covered in mud. Do yourself a favor & rent a u-haul from a reputable business. Carpet & Floor Store gives u-haul a bad name.

Will tell you what you want to hear..until they get paid. Won't back what they do. And the workers they sent were very very shady and in trouble with law shortly after. And the main guy I talked to after the fact wants to get into a screaming match on the phone...he better look me over b4 he does that
