Favorite sub shop out there!!! Wish we had some near our area. Everything is super fresh from the meat to all of the toppings. The bread is super soft and fresh as well. Plenty of parking at this location. The staff were nice and quick to make our sandwiches. Prices are fair and you get a super good amount of meat for your money! Clean and quick, as well as filling!

Awesome sandwich shop in Cool Springs. The ingredients are fresh and prices are reasonable. Location is convenient in a shopping center with other stores. Parking can be tricky, but it's right on the corner of the building so parking on the side works great.

Wow, what great customer service! Everyone was so friendly I felt like I knew them. I get the Club Sub and the bacon is always nice and crispy. I look forward to visiting this location again.

Really positive experience this evening 👍👍. I got the cheesesteak and my Dad got the chicken version. Delious and worth the few minutes we had to wait on them. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Even when they already had made my big chicken khauna they went back and added the condiments that I wanted as well and didn't make a fuss about it ! The manager was friendly . This was me & my wife 1st time at this location. Now for the location near us in berry hill can learn alot from this store and about keeping your work area clean and appealing to the eyes

I've rarely had a bad experience at this location unlike the Nashville ones where the owners just don't care what goes on. Seems to me the ones here are open to honest criticism and do their best to rectify it.IMO Jersey Mike's is the gold standard of subs. More expensive but you get what you pay for which is superior quality and this location does a good job.

Great experience! Last night was the first time had ever had food from here. We loved it. My wife had the Philly cheese steak, she said it was perfect. The best she had ever had. I had the meatball sub and added peppers. It too was fantastic. Our 8 year old autistic son had the plain chicken sub and he ate it all. Besides the food being way above average, the service was also above the call of duty. There was only a two person staff and a long line. They handled it with speed and accuracy. It was exactly what a fast food experience should be, and a lot more. FYI the portions were also huge, and the price was very reasonable. Next time you're thinking subs, give it a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I wish I took a pic but I forgot. I have gone here 2 times in 2 weeks as I'm here for work. Both times were busy and service was still fast. The manager needs to thank their staff as they are doing a great job!

I get lunch here just about every work day. Always consistent. Always a quick pick up. Love these guys.

I visited this location today during the lunch rush and it was line out the door busy. Everyone (only 2 people) was working as a team and very nice & efficient. My sub was fabulous! #1fan! BTW, I no longer eat subway bc I am never happy after having a delicious Jersey Mike’s sub! ❤

Update: They've got new staff who I believe we can rely on. I can safely change this to 5 stars which is what the home of A Sub Above truly deserves.

I've been a regular at this Jersey Mike's for a couple years now (3-4 days a week) and up until recently it's been fantastic. They've had an influx of new staff, however, and none of them seem to know what they're doing or really care to be honest. The bread has been burnt everytime I've been in the past couple weeks and they rush through toppings to the point I might as well just let them decide what I get. It's pitiful and I probably won't be returning to this location for a while.

Jake is the best at customer service I've seen in a long time loves the job and genuinely cares about his customers asked about my day, got to talking about cars and basketball while he was multitasking incredibly well. Smart guy great staff keep it up give the guy a raise 👍

We always eat her on Monday for the club sub special. The guys that take our order and make our subs are always friendly! Food is consistently great!

Great sandwiches as with all Jersey Mike’s. Much quicker service than the other Franklin location. Even though it is farther from work, I always go to this location for lunch.

Staff was really attentive to me when I walked in and cranked out my monster Club Supreme sandwich quickly. It was so delicious. Thanks!

Best Jersey Mikes if Franklin!!! we moved to the other side of franklin and while the other jersey mikes on murfesburo rd is closer to us, we drive further just to come to this location! The staff makes the difference!

It's a little expensive but they're really good subs so I'd rather pay a little bit extra also their vanilla cream soda rocks

I Love this place. Big, meaty sandwiches! If I could, I would by a franchise. Probably best though. I probably would eat all the profits!
