Kroger

I've been going to this store for years. My only vice is that there was only one human checkout person and multiple self checkouts. People need work. I'm not on board with stores with self checkouts galore.

Just moved here from California. Found my new place to shop. Parking isn't crazy, because of the click list thing I'm sure. I found some really nice tea that I can't wait to try. Staff was so friendly and helpful. One of the workers recommended bluebell icecream. It was amazing. Wish I would have got the workers name so I can go back and thank them.

Everyone rushes to critique less than perfect customer service, but this a review recognizing a pharmacy team member for going above and beyond for a customer.
I went to this locations pharmacy in a hurry to fill my 3 week old prescription for thrush. He was in the car waiting with my husband and the drive through line was out of this world so I went in and Jimmy took care of me. The doctor has just called in the script so it wasn't ready and he asked if I was able to come back in an hour. I told him that would be difficult for me but I could browse the store and about how long did he think it would take. He checked the computer and said "actually I think she is about to work on it." He actually stayed over his shift to help get my script ready! I was so grateful. He went above and beyond! Excellent customer service like this DESERVES a shout out. Thanks Jimmy!

This Kroger is always clean and well stocked. I stopped in on the 4th to grab some last minute items for our cookout. We got some ribs they were cooking out front and my family said they were delicious. They also have a Starbucks at this location. Bonus! I did use the self check with no issues. The staff were all friendly. I actually ended up needing to get a refund because I forgot to load a digital coupon and although the service desk was closed a young lady at the desk helped me anyway. Overall a great trip to Kroger!

My husband and I shop at this Kroger on a weekly basis. I have never had any complaints about it so far after shopping here consistently for a couple of years now. They have a huge selection of products, including all natural and organic. The employees are helpful and friendly. The store itself is usually clean, as long as customers help keep it that way. For example, as a customer, you don't need to trash up the bathrooms (you know who you are). It sucks bad enough to have to clean a public bathroom as a daily job, don't make it worse for the poor employee who has to clean up after you.

I had bought gift cards before and forgot to use my Kroger Card for fuel points. Anyway, went in there at 7am, Customer Service does not open until 8. Be nice if they opened a little earlier or had someone on staff that could do something like that.

Quick in and out trip to one of the local Krogers to get a money order to pay for a bill.

About 10 minutes away from my home in Murfreesboro where Rutherford is about to turn into Northfield of vice versus. I came across from Clark Blvd to Tennessee to pickup E. Northfield.

Found a Disabled parking spot right in front of the store. Not too busy. Didn't have to wait at money services. Got my American Express money order then returned home.

I had gone to 2 Walmarts where I usually get my money orders from. Whole money services network was down in this area. So this was a convenient solution to my problem. The clerk at the counter was very polite and helpful. Was in and out in just over 5 minutes.

Thanks to them I now know a place closer than Walmart on Rutherford and on Memorial Blvd that can better serve me.

My friend and I were called homophobic slurs and threatened to be beat up by some rowdy teenagers on our way in. They were waiting for us outside, so we asked some managers who were nearby if they could provide us with an escort and without hesitation they said yes and marched out the doors with us. They made sure we were safe and walked straight to the teens' car to ask them to leave. Aside from this, all the employees are kind and very helpful! Thanks Lascassas Kroger!

A great variety of things from meats ,🍞 breads, fruits and vegetables,a lot of healthy foods to choose from, have a great fresh meat department. Lot of produce, milk, eggs, have a good deli,serve salads sandwiches etc. Have everything you need for babies, pets, good floral arrangements, Self check out and Great check out lanes, also have pharmacy. Good looking store inside and outside. And if you need assistance someone will always try to be off service to you. Also have a fuel center so your can redeem your fuel points.

Newly Renovated and has a Starbucks inside so you can get coffee while shopping. Me and my Fiance went on Halloween and they were handing out candy to the kids while in costume! Great place to shop!

Very nice Kroger! The staff is very attentive and will help you before you even ask. The selection is good, as there are multiple brands for every item. They have kid-sized shopping carts with flags, too!

I love this store! It's a great addition to the area, always stocked and when I go late at night they're never crowded. Only thing I would like to see is the pick up grocery option where you shop online and just drive up and get them loaded at the curb.

I admit I don't shop here a lot because I live so close to a WM! But I love this store. This store has such a variety of products it is very easy to spend hours in here! The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and want your shopping experience to be a pleasurable one.

It is always clean in this establishment! Kim is ALWAYS helpful when I come!! She always goes above and beyond to provide awesome service to all customers!

Compliments to Mark Isham, manager and to the employees who are bringing grocery orders to cars. I was really upset at first, because I received two papers - one a list of foods , the other a usual looking receipt ... but I thought the foods on the paper were all I received (about 1/4 of my order).. and was upset because this would mean - after waiting days to be able to pick up my grocery order, the order did not include needed eggs, milk or meat! I asked for the manager to help me. The manager, Mark Isham, came out to my car and patiently helped me understand that I had gotten the foods on the longer receipt but the items on the paper were ones that were out of stock and that I would not be billed for them. He was most supportive and even brought a bag of ice out to the car when I asked if they had any! Thanks Mark, and thanks “my Kroger”!

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Jimmy in the pharmacy. Jimmy saved me several dollars on my Meds lately and his customer service is the best!!

As far as krogers go, this is surely one of the better ones. It's clean and well organized, and they have even started offering local products like goat milk soaps and detergents produced on Tennessee farms. It's got a good selection but is still small enough that you can get in and out quickly if you want, and there are almost always open registers. My fave supermarket.

The Manager worked with me on getting great cuts of meat that fit my budget for a big team meal at work. Thank you!

Always well stocked, usually plenty of cashiers open. Carts are usually in store, ready to go :-) Store looks nice from the outside with plants, etc. I can usually find someone if I need to ask something.
