I recently rented a storage unit and have been very pleased with the experience. The space is exactly what I need. Facility is extremely clean and well kept. The staff went above and beyond to help me get the perfect unit and location for my needs. Friendly, professional, superb customer service. I highly recommend StorPlace. All size units are available with locations all around middle Tennessee.

I had a great experience. Cliff was very gracious to make sure I had the perfect size and close to the door. He also made sure to check for any specials that might be available and got me half off my first month.

Very professional, and helped us out in a bind!! I needed to store the motorcycle for the winter and EVERY other place I went to said No Gas in the bike while in storage. Ridiculous!! Store place accepts bike storage WITH fuel ⛽ in the vehicle! 👌💯🇺🇸. Rented for 2 months and was more than impressed/grateful!!

Securing the storage was fast and easily all done online. Every time I called with a question a real person answered and I always got the help I needed. The facility was well lit and always Clean! I felt safe while on the property alone, and the hallways and walkways made loading and unloading easy for me and the movers. I would Definitely use them again, if I needed another storage space, and have already recommended to some of my friends.

Mr. Cliff is a phenomenal employee. He represents StorPlace with integrity and knowledge that has helped me stay a client of StorPlace for almost 2years now ! Thank you for your service Mr. Cliff .. If you are looking for a place to store I recommend StorPlace !

The gentlemen at the front desk was very informative and made the process of transferring from another Storplace across town very easy for us. He was thorough with instructions and easy to talk to. This facility is nice and clean.

Exceptional storage facilities! Their facility is bright, very clean, easily accessed, safe to drive through and park, plenty of space inside and out of buildings. The overhead storage doors are easily secured by levers and their unique locks!
They provide a large 4-wheeled dolly which is invaluable to moving loads of stuff, especially helpful for moving heavy boxes to/from one’s vehicle. Their storage buildings’ heavy secure doors can be temporarily held open with large locking pins as one moves in/out. Just a great place to keep one’s “stuff”!

Very clean, very safe. Had a 10x20 for 13 years and was always able to get in when I needed to. Would recommend.

I have rented a unit from Storage Place Lascassas for many years. I have always received great service from the office staff. They are always very helpful and nice to work with. The manager at that location, Kelly, is especially eager to help and make things easy for the customers. I highly recommend this business and location if you need to rent storage.

Since the changing of owners to StorPlace the location is much more clean and secure. I was always kind of worried having my stuff there before. I also really enjoy having real people to talk to instead of an automated line.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. I reserved a space online and went to the office to complete the transaction. The manager on site was very fast and polite. Would recommend to anyone considering storage space.
