Cabinetmaker Warehouse

We run a small millwork shop building one off proto type millwork for commercial clients. I've been ordering from Cabinet Maker (online only) for several years and have always been extremely pleased with them. Shipping is as fast as can be expected, orders are right, and items come well packaged. I'm very surprised by their terrible reviews and will continue ordering from them for a long time to come.

Ordered a lament sheet. Best price out there. Ordered as guest online. Able to track order and was sent updates! UPS delivered within 4 days. Product was great! Updates with email then text from UPS. Ordered second sheet on the 4th. Checked today the 6th order processing. Keeping fingers crossed. So far very satisfied.

Ordered sink on April 18th. Didn't hear any update. When I checked in with them on June 18th, the Customer Service person says they have no idea because they don't work in Sales (!). A week later still no update.

I emailed the manufacturer directly and copied Cabinetmakers Warehouse. The manufacturer wrote me separately on Jun 28th and gave me an ETA

The same day, CW (did not copy the manufacturer) and continued to tell me there was no ETA.I told them to go reconcile their info with the manufacturer. Still no sink.

Given all this I am pretty frustrated with this company.Delays happen but keep your customers informed especially when the delay is months.

(They have Google listings in TN and FL but it's the same web site and company)

These people are Horrible! Even when clearly stated they managed to screw up my order 3 times. And then proceeded to charge my account as if I ordered 3 times. Then fought to keep my money with my bank. Cost me 4 weeks of time and hundreds of dollars. I won't do the math. It makes me sick when I think about it. Order your stuff from anywhere else. Trust me.

Awful. Had to return an item I ordered online and they were only offering me half the price back. Max. The fees and shipping would total up to at least half the item. Ended up not returning it. I am not going to let them make more money when they try to sell it again. It wasn’t even fully unpacked. Just threw it away. Never ordering again.

Zero stars. Item was wrong. Refused delivery. Never received a return or any communication. Company needs to get into a room together and figure their S*** out. You will NEVER receive a refund from them or any form of communication. Next phone call the BBB.

-10 STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA OR CLUE AS TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY COST ME OVER $800 DOLLARS. AND THE CREW I HAD HIRED FINED ME SINCE THEY LOST A JOB. NEVER RECEIVED MY 2ND ORDER AND WHEN I CALL THEY BLAME ME. THE WOMAN NAMED SARAH FEENEY THAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IS RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNEDUCATED. NOW THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND I CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. NO WONDER THEY HAVE 2 STARS. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC AND A RIP OFF TO SAY THE LEAST.

They send me the wrong item and them don't answer the phone. Now I'm really behind on my project and they don't want solve what they do wrong. Buy local don't buy with company like that.
