Michael March from ECO Heating & Air Solutions came on a very hot day when the AC wasn't working. He was incredibly quick, kind, and had amazing follow-up. He even called me later in the evening to make sure it was getting cool. Any time an AC unit goes out, you expect the worst results and the highest cost, but this was just the opposite. He found the problem and fixed it in a very short amount of time. I simply cannot say enough about how great it feels to know there is a heating/AC repair group so close and efficient. Justin Richwine came by to service the unit. He was very professional, explained everything he did in terms we could understand. And Kevin the new plumber was in the neighborhood so he stopped by to introduce himself and explaine the services he was offering and he also carried himself very professionally.
We have been dealing with eco heating and air for going into our third year and have never had a problem with them.

Michael did a great and thorough job doing the spring maintenance. Very friendly and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing.

Mike saved Christmas. Our tankless water heater went out, and Eco had someone out that same day. Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and every other quality you would want in a technician. In his extensive troubleshooting, he identified the unit was defective, and called the manufacturer to obtain a one-for-one exchange, which saved us a sizable sum of money. The new unit was quickly installed, and hot water restored. I highly recommend Eco (and Mike).
