I bought a Gravely year and half ago and I love it. The staff has been very helpful in explaining everything to me. If I had questions they answered them. Clean store be and greet staff.

Very Nice and clean store. I was needing a hardware store that would have someone that could help me with exactly what I needed and could help me. Soon as I walked in there were two gentleman right there at the door and i got amazing immediate assistance. Definitely recommend

Very nice store with hardware to pet supplies. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Pets are welcomed inside. The seem to have lots of healthy products for both dogs and cats.

I have purchased many items from this store including a Stihl electric pressure washer. The pressure washer was about three years old and the O Ring needed to be replaced. This is typical being that old. The owner gave me one for free. That's what I call customer service. I try to spend my money locally if possible. Once these mom and pop stores disappear, we're screwed

Great place on the West side to pop in and get something simple. They have a decent variety of home hardware supplies, paint, plumbing, tools, gardening, lawn mower chainsaws etc. When I just need something quick I would much rather go here and stay on the West side of Murfreesboro then go into town and fight the traffic. Friendly staff and always seem willing to help assist you find things. Pet friendly store if you want to bring the dog.

New building but still has that hometown hardware store feel. The staff are always helpful and happy.

Recently purchased a set of mower blades for my 26 year old Grasshopper mower. Blades were in stock. No having to order and wait. Have always enjoyed my relationship with Kelton's service and sales department. Always friendly folks and a filled showroom of mowers and accessories in stock.

Amazing service and a great selection of products. For lawn equipment service parts I've also found their prices to be very reasonable. They have an incredible selection of pet products and a very knowledgeable staff too. There is a good chance Mr. Kelton will be in the store when you visit too. Customer facing and great service is a key ingredient to their long running success.

Love this store! First it's dog friendly so my boy can go with me and get all the love from the employees who all clearly love animals. Second they have good prices on my pets' food. Third it's where my husband gets his chainsaws and other stuff for his business and they always treat him well. They fixed his saw quickly and they will professionally sharpen chainsaw blades which is a huge help.

I went in looking for several items and the entire staff is so accommodating and willing to assist. Not just telling you where an item is but showing you. Asking you what your project is and even offering suggestions to make it easier.

I love this place so much. Everyone is so warm and friendly here. I took my dog to get a bath here. She is extremely afraid of men and the guys there took the time to give her treats and get her comfortable with the place. It warmed my heart so much. The store is also so amazing. My boyfriend and I shopped around while we waiting on our dog bathing appointment. I looked around and the dog stuff while he looked around at the tools. This place is seriously perfect.

I had two keys made at Home Depot Thursday afternoon, came to use them Friday and they didn’t work at all. I was in a bind and didn’t have time to go back. Someone mentioned that Keltons had a key service and they are right next door to my business. I went over there, I was greeted by their happy to help employees and he fixed my keys that HD messed up. They were super friendly and I will definitely go back!! Ty!!

Always an awesome experience here. We are new to the area and Jason has been extremely helpful in every single way. We now tend to shop here for any hardware needs much over any large box stores. Support your local small businesses! These guys will always take care of you!

Great service and great selection. I was able to get what I needed and then some. The bonus was some products for pets that I didn’t expect there and the price point is unbeatable.

They have earned my business from here on out. Tractor supply needs to pay this store to help train their employees.

It's a great store, supposed to be like local hardware and pet supply but it's like all the others. The great thing is they have professional lawn mowers and parts section so you can keep your zero turn going good and you can't get that from the highschool kids at the big box stores...
