Publix Super Market at Harpeth Village

The store is a model example of the Publix brand.
Staff are knowledgable and friendly. Helpful is a given.
randomly rotating brands is an issue.
You become accustomed to brands you like and soon it is supplanted by a brand you are not familiar with.
Some products are in short supply and empty shelves are becoming more common.

Always been please with Publix, from ordering a cake or food platter. Clean and excellent quality services. Has never let me down!

This Publix is absolutely one of my favorites. The employees are so nice and the store is kept so clean.

I arrived at this Publix nearly at 9:50. I gunned it towards the Deli, not knowing I’d go face to face with the legend, Heath. I arrived, stunned in aw of this rogue, this dashing’s rogue work ethic and friendly smile. The man clearly had minutes left, finished cleaning his section, and saw us. Instead of saying buzz of, he decided to feed us. He opened his griller with his big, mighty forearms and with the finesse and quickness that can only be provided by the hairnet he so dashingly wears, he made us the best sub of our entire lives. I looked at the man as he casually hands us the sandwiches and wishes us a great night. I look at my buddy, that Heath, this legend, this figure, we had the honor of being in the presence of him. Please give this man a raise, he is the lifeblood of the American common people, walking into Publix 10 min it es before closing.

This is got to be the most delightful Publix. I have ever had the opportunity to go to. It was beautiful inside.

Grabbed two beautiful ready-made cakes & wasn't disappointed! Loved the option to use Google pay, as I'd left my wallet in the car. The check out person walked me through the process.

Ordered a cake here for birthday celebrations. Ran into a problem that was quickly resolved by the bakery department. We appreciate that and thank you all for your hard work. No one is expected to never run into issues but the fact that you took care of us so easily and quickly means a lot.

Very pleasant and clean. The staff here is excellent and what you'd expect from a publix. Here recently some of the other stores have been letting the service side slip some but I'm happy to say it hasn't happened here.

Very well stocked shelves. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Great deli and delicious foods prepared for easy pick-up for the on the go needs.

Friendly people...they usually happy to be there and help you. They actually have plenty of cashiers and help to bag up your groceries.

Great store with a helpful and friendly staff. The bakery, deli, seafood, and meat dept are top notch. Decent wine selection (mostly domestic). Large craft beer selection.
