Friendly staff, well stocked shelves. Went on a Friday afternoon. It was a little busy, but I had no issues getting what I needed or any long wait in line to check out. Bakery was on point and super helpful.

Publix is the best. I used to work for them. The quality of goods is the best and their customer service is great. Make sure you praise good service if warranted, because the employees get gift cards for doing excellent work.

One of the best locations I have ever been to! Amazing design on the outside, always well stocked, very friendly staff, and VERY clean! Well done! Keep setting the bar high!

Great place for different needs , the Publix here I think is the only one in the area that provides fresh food, like sandwiches , fried chicken among others things !

This is a very vibrant shopping center. Publix, The UPS Store, Hillsboro Orthodontist, Great Clips, Brick and Miso restaurants as well as Marco's Pizza. Also A drive thru cleaners, nail salon and Martial Arts classes for kids fill out every space. The Franklin Trolley runs there all day long. Also Fith Third Bank is located in the front of shopping center. There is also a mailbox drop or The UPS Store can take mail drop off. Walgreens is directly across the street.

Publix's at Fieldstone Farms staff are like going to see family. They are friendly professional and very considerate to their customers. Management and Publix staff from employees stocking shelves to deli employees are all Professional to their customers and friendly. They make me feel welcome. THANK YOU!

Consistent quality food, and southern hospitality like your visiting your family because they treat you that way. If you love smoked bbq, or any other southern homestyle cooking this is where you should take your friends, dates, or family. Never disappointed at Puckett's!

Convenient since it close to our home. Although, I'd rather shop at Kroger than this Publix. Miso Japanese restaurant is fantastic! Ups store fast and friendly. Pizza place yuckie and hair salon risky haircuts. Good one time, bad another many staff changes. They fired the young girl who was friendly, personable and gave the best hair cuts bc she didn't adhere to a sales matrix or too talkative with Clients she shared with me.

This is the best Publix in Franklin. Polite,very helpful and know where items are so we can save time walking the whole store looking for the item. They walk us to the item and hand it to us. Thank You Publix!

Went to Public's Christmas Eve to pick up a custom birthday cake. Their cakes are the best!! I don't buy cakes anywhere else. The price is right, too.

I really enjoyed shopping at this store. It was larger than other local Publix stores, so it offered a wider variety of specialty items. It can be pricey, but worth it to find the special item your looking for.

My favorite Publix store is here, as well as a couple of great restaurants. So convenient for those in the Fieldstone Farms area.

Nice little local shopping center. Publix for groceries and a sub, Bricks for dinner and the UPS Store beats the neck or if standing in line.
