Best storage company I have ever dealt with. Very nice and helpful and willing to work with their patrons. Katie helped me with anything I needed. Storage units are reasonable and clean and has a locked gate and well lit. I definitely recommend this storage center.

I have to admit that they know what they are doing! What a difference from what it used to be before under another owner and name. The New Owners are fully knowledgeable of the business and they turn that place around. The whole place now has lights, security system, gate code, automatic payment, automatic texts, email, and they have an office on premises. The restoration process was fast and on point. They also replaced the door lock system and gave me new keys.
They are painting too..is like a makeover and it's looking good!
I really love to be their client. So, if you're looking for a storage place. I recommend their service and the staff. Let me brag about them, the staff is attentive, responsive, on point, professional and organized. Even the guy on charge of all the renovation was super cool. The manager is on top of the game!

Great experience at this storage facility. My son needed somewhere to store his stuff for a couple months, he was so busy moving, so I jumped in and helped him out. I’m very grateful for the professional service we received from the new manager. Easy move in and easy move out. I recommend Smyrna Storage Center, they will treat you right.

Easy to sign up, easy to access, easy to end. Pretty simple process & clean units.

This facility is under new management and boy can you tell. Everything from new employees (a friendly and professional new manager), to a new sign and new paint. It is doing a complete turn around and I look forward to working with this facility. I would highly recommend Smyrna Storage Center.

The manager was very helpful in getting my account set up and online payments make it super convenient. The property is nice and clean and I feel safe going there at all hours.

Under new ownership and what a difference a few days make. New lighting, security system and employee on site regularly. it won't be long and that facility will be leaps and bounds ahead of other facilities.

Trying to get help is rediculous.

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with any employees. Have tried calling them numerous times and leaving messages, nothing in return. If you want somewhere reliable and with good communication, A-1 storage is not it

Called to get a quote for vehicle storage which they dont offer receptionist was very rude didnt say the name of the company i had to ask to be sure i was calling the right place and she was very chopy like she was rushing to get off of the phone
