Providence Pointe Self Storage

My unit was so easy to obtain since the office did it virtually. I love the location of my unit - it is clean and convenient. Customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate that they made me get insurance because it forced me to get rental insurance for my home that also covers my unit.

I've had a storage unit here for over 1.5 years. I love the 24/7 gated access! They also have the best prices on units in relation to unit size. They recently did many updates. Another thing I love is the units have lights in them in case it's darker & you can't see. I will definitely continue to use them & would always return in the future.

Truly a nice clean storage facility. Automatic lighting when you take steps in the direction you are going. Feels safe and cameras inside as well as outside. No complaints. If your looking for simple effective storage. Check this place out!

For a storage facility, it's really good! Prices are fair for the area, facility is new, and you receive access to your unit within 30 minutes of the first payment. No problems to report in my time with Providence Pointe.

We chose the Halls Hill Pike location for our storage needs and I am so glad we did! We pulled in for our move in and John came over to make sure we could locate our unit (we may have been staring at the map a little too long -haha!) helped us and then asked if we needed anything. John went above and beyond and he is a total rock star! I highly suggest this storage location and 10/10 would recommend!!!

I enjoy the location of this storage area, which makes getting in and getting out easy. The new climate controlled units look great, but I have not explored this option. The only thing I would suggest are convex mirrors at the end of buildings to see any vehicles coming from either direction. The best benefit is the 24/7 gate access- love it due to my sporadic schedule.

Very good deals, very convenient, safe area. Everyone I talked to over the phone was very helpful and patient 🙂 I will be exclusively using this storage from now on and telling all of my friends

reasonably priced, convenient location right by MTSU, and secure facility. there is an automatic gate and you provide a personal code to enter. I've been there for years and never had an issue.
