Luna Record Shop

Easily one of the best record stores in the Nashville area. Very good selection of both used and new, and their pricing/grading is always on point. You can also find some rare stuff here that other shops just won't have. They may lack some of the extensive "new" selection that a place like Grimey's has, but Luna certainly makes up for it in so many ways. Oh, and they offer extremely fair values if you want to sell or trade in records. Always a pleasure to do business with this shop!

I love this little record shop. It's not a huge shop, but they do have a really great selection. I usually always find a few records to pick up while just browsing. They also have a rewards punch-card system which is great too. Definitely recommend if you are in the Franklin area.

Always great online customer service and fast shipping! You can normally find all of the alt rock records from the 90s at this store, mainly because the owners have incredible taste and music knowledge! The proof is in the fabulous selection! I love supporting this small, local business. A++

My favorite record store in TN! Great new and used selection that fits my preferences. Owners are super friendly, helpful and willing to order anything they can get their hands on. I have to drive by some other record stores to shop there and it's always worth it! Stamp card system is also awesome!

Amazing place run by amazing women. I'm always happy to shop because they know their stuff and they're willing to help me find things if they aren't on the floor. They buy your old records and CDs as well, and I'm impressed by their price offerings. I'd much rather sell to them than McKay's. Make sure you get a frequent shoppers card too, because every $10 you spend you get a stamp.

Excellent shop. I'm pretty early in my vinyl journey. That hasn't kept the owners from helping me find a good way to start a collection. In fact, the first time I went in, they didn't have the records I was looking for but ordered them and had them in 3 or 4 days. The best thing about the shop is the owners are music lovers and you can tell. I always look forward to a weekly visit!

This tiny shop has an impressive, diverse selection, fair pricing, and knowledgable and friendly staff. Best of all, they were spinning pre-90’s Sonic Youth the whole time I was browsing. If you’re passing through, it is definitely worth a small detour. I will visit again.

Luna is an amazing record store and the ultimate gem of Franklin for music lovers like myself. Thanks to their friendly and knowlegable staff, their selection of new vinyl is excellent and their vintage records include not only legendary records but insanely fair prices that I see almost no where else in the local scene for such high quality pickups. While many stores add their own upcharge to records, Luna always has some of the best deals you can find, making them the go-to stop for me. Beyond the vast genres of vinyl they carry, there are formidable sections for CDs and cassettes as well.

Cool record shop with a good mix of new and used vinyl. They also have a small collection of cassette tapes and some other assorted merch. The staff if really friendly and helpful and will order anything you want. They usually have good music playing to listen to add you shop and they will audition records.

Very friendly little shop tucked away in the factory. I picked out some LPs based on the titles and cover art, not having heard of them prior. I just know that I will personally love almost anything 80's. Organization was okay, definitely could have been a little more spilt up by genre, but given the storage locker motif and sizing this wasn't a dealbreaker. The three albums I got were all under $10 and in excellent condition, so I will definitely be back.

Just had a great experience at Luna. The owners are very inviting, knowledgeable and helpful. They have an excellent selection of new and used LPs with conservative grading and fair prices. This place is a sightly hidden gem worth seeking out. Become a Lunatic! I did! Great store guys.

A wonderful music shopping experience that seems so hard to find these days. A friendly brick and mortar small business experience, clearly owned by locals who are music lovers above all else. Will definitely be making this a regular stop in the future when passing through town.
