Hannah M. assisted me with my order. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The boxes were delivered on time to the hotel as promised. Everyone liked the gift boxes. The best thing about the box was that they were able to break it down and pack it in their carryon suitcases.

I made 2 gift baskets for out-of-state friends coming to visit us so I wanted to do a “ welcome” gift of items made in Tennessee.I found Made in TN to be a “one stop shop” for this purpose.They offer a great variety and my guests loved the baskets! I filled the bottom with orange and white shredded paper. I only regret not taking photos. They shipped immediately and all the bottles were carefully wrapped so there was no breakage. I will order from them again!

Love the idea of this shop. It's nice to have a place to go when you want to bring local gifts to friends from out of town. You can build your own and I presume have them ship it for you. Or to leave in the hotel room for your out of town wedding party.

I ordered gift boxes for Christmas and the recipients loved them! Received them quickly and they were nicely packaged.

My sister-in-law and her husband were coming to Memphis for a dream vacation they had been planning for years. They were so excited, and we wanted to do something to make the trip even more special for them. I decided on a gift basket, but wanted something unique and special. I found a gift basket through from Made in TN that was almost perfect, but wanted to see if I could make a couple of changes. Once I went into the website, I realized I could actually create my own basket with even more of a selection of Tennessee items. Since I knew my SIL was bringing her own tea from Ireland, I was able to get them fun mugs that they could use on their trip and great souvenirs to take home at the end, along with snacks to enjoy with the tea, and an Elvis themed candle and a Made in TN tote bag in case they didn’t have room in their suitcase for the souvenirs!

Basket shipped promptly, however, it arrived early to the hotel and the hotel lost the package. After spending two days with the hotel over the phone attempting to find the package, I got in touch with Made in TN for help. I don’t know what Sarah, the Made in TN manager who responded immediately to my email, said to the hotel manager, but they were able to locate the package the next day and get it to my sister-in-law and her husband. I really appreciated how the company went above and beyond to help resolve the issue for us. I could tell they wanted us to be happy with our experience and went out of their way to ensure it, even though the issue was out of their hands. I would recommend Made in TN highly!
