The Factory at Franklin

We absolutely love The Factory at Franklin! It has so much to offer. Great Shops! Amazing Events! We attended The Chocolate Wine & Whiskey Festival and had a blast!

This place is a MUST SEE if you are in the Franklin area! It's such a unique place filled with a ton of great small businesses! We walked the Factory after visiting the Farmers Market on Saturday morning. It is great to see an old structure being renovated into something modern while keeping the history alive. There are so many unique and creative small businesses here and at the market. Don't pass up an opportunity to visit here and support local businesses!!

This is a super cool concept for a mall sort of place! They’ve got lots of super cool shops and restaurants here as well as room for venues. The place is well kept for the most part. There are some places that are still under construction or just not open at all. Overall though this place is really cool and I’d definitely recommend checking this place out.

This is a great location for a family getaway. Lots of great restaurants and boutique shops. Much as I'm waiting for my favorite ramen noodle chain to come into it. I love the baja taco, especially their fried avocado taco and Korean California. With that, you can never go wrong.

Overall, it's amazing how much effort the owner put into making sure this place is clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is top-notch. And of course, it being either owned or managed by a preservationist goes a long way. So glad someone chose to preserve this instead of tearing it down and putting up a humongous modern junk.

Amazing and cozy place, you can spend an hours walking around the different shops. The ambience is very pleasant.
Restaurants are great, lots of different cuisine available.

Great little home town mall. Has everything you would want. The restaurants are great, I love the little record store, and the art store. We ended up buying 2 of the paintings there & love working with Don, the owner. They have the delicious bakery there & the Jenny's ice cream 🍦 if you're looking for something sweet. Something for everyone.

Lots of fun things to see and do here. Originally built as a factory, this has been converted to a retail space that still retains the industrial look and feel. Plenty of boutique shops with product offerings ranging from clothing and paintings to a barbershop/bar. In the entryway is an island bar that sells wonderfully crafted cocktails. There’s even a store that sells candy cigarettes!

Love love love this place!!! Atmosphere is wonderful turning an old factory into a shopping experience ….

Upscale shopping and dining they are in a soft opening with construction still going on but wow!!! This place is great!!

Loved the sweet thrift shop and book store!
Lots of mini boutiques and Tennessee gift shops… you’ll be sure to find something!

Nice, historical, cute shops including a cronut store, nice clean bathrooms, huge space… lots of seating for the family and friends. And a pottery place to do arts and crafts as a group or individually. Plenty of parking.

Lots of shops and restaurants and even a live theater. Great place to spend time with family and friends for the afternoon/evening.

Much has changed in the last year. More attractions, a big bar in front. Quite noisy for a Tuesday evening. Went for Mojo Tacos, fantastic as usual 😋 Going back soon to check out the White Alligator

Very unique! Great place for all ages with plenty to see and eat. They're continually adding more to this place so it's definitely worth checking out multiple times!

I've been here a handful of times, doesn't disappoint. First time at the Mockingbird Theater, building #6. Saw a favorite musician, Peter Mayer, and a host of other talent sharing the stage. What a treat! I look forward to the next event at this intimate venue and visiting one of the many other attractions. This place offers a variety of awesome things, check it out! 👏🏼

They are doing great things here. I don't know what the rent is on a unit in this shopping plaza, but it's probably going to be astronomical once it takes off.

This is a local place that I grew up with as a child. Recently, it has gone under some renovations, so it looks very different than it used to be. But I think that the renovations are good. There's lots of local shops for everyone's interest, a theater for the community actors to present shows (if you're reading this in real time with this post, "It's a Wonderful Life" is playing right now), and a ballroom for all sorts of community events to be held. This is definitely a place to stop by!

This is a really cool place. It's a fantastic concert venue. Amazing atmosphere. I can basically sum up the shopping area as "hipster mall". Vegan bakeries, art, repurposed materials, beard care products, lovingly crafted tacos, and a super upscale guitar store. If these things are up your ally then you are all set.

LOVE the Factory. They have been making some great additions and exciting for the rest to come!

This is a great place to grab food, whether it's coffee and donuts or tacos. I spent the evening at the skylight bar with my friend Joy Allyson, author of Whiskey Love and Whiskey Secrets. We a book signing, and a jazz band played. The skylight bar serves cocktails, wine, and beer. It has one nibble plate, white bean hummus with pita chips, carrots, and celery. The Turner theater was playing, It's A Wonderful Life. Christmas decorations, tree, and Santa. Restaurants are opening, and I can't wait to eat at The White Alligator. There is one drawback. The sewage smell coming from the side entrance and near the bar.
