Potters is better than the regular ace, you get ace and more. Also alot like a small town place that has everything you need to build your home, or more your grass or even catch yourself dinner.

Good folks with good attitudes. If they don't have what you need they'll get it or tell you where you can find it if they can't get it for you in time. I won't say the service is prompt but it's always perfectly on point, class act country service with a smile when your turn comes.

We needed a part to fix a broken pipe to our dishwasher, but wasn't exactly sure what. They had us explain the problem and then got us an exact piece. It fixed our problem perfectly! Great customer service here, will definitely go for all our needs!

I just simply love this place, I travel here instead of the one where I live. I can have things ordered for me, they will call me when it comes in. Great people, stop by and check them out.

Accomadating, friendly and helpful. We came up from Florida to start on a cabin and had an order placed at another yard, but it was not available when promised. If Potter's hadn't come through, we would have wasted alot of time and money. Plus they turned out to be more reasonable.

Quality hardware store at hometown prices. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff! As a woman, I am sometimes intimidated to go into a hardware store, but they make you feel right at home here. Plus, they have just about anything you ask for, like a real old timey hardware store.
