These people are great, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Lisa the owner called me back to let me know she could take my order over the phone. Matt the beer expert and delivery guy went out of his for me. A little miss communication and brought the wrong 12 pack but was very willing to go back and exchange it and bring me the right beer. You have a customer every time I come to visit my kids and granddaughter. Thank you very much!!! 🍻🥃

Lovely shop with a great selection of wines. Really, really well-curated, with bottles for all palates. Love when you can find fun things in the $20 - 30 range w/o wide distribution. Best part of all? They aren't snobs!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. There are a lot of great liquor stores in the area but many of them plague their customers with analysis paralysis; so many to choose from, what to get? Many are also lacking in staff with experience in wine and some of the more obscure spirits. Sometimes less is more. The Bottle Shop really succeeds through curating a smaller but much more manageable and ultimately higher quality selection, and knowing their products very well. Aside from wine, beer, and liquor, their selection of liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients is unmatched. Super friendly, also!

The customer service here is outstanding. They have a nice tasting bar and a unique selection! If you’re looking for a liquor store, this may be the location for you.

Great boutique wine shop with a very diverse wine list. They also sell a ton of bar accessories and glasses which is really nice. Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable and don’t try and make you feel dumb when you don’t know who Robert Mondavi is... Definitely my go to wine store from now on!

Small but well-stocked shop with a great selection, even allocated stuff while it lasts! Knowledgeable staff, with a small-but-good array of store picks. Prices are fair, and no gouging.

Consistently excellent service, a growing selection of non-alcoholic options which is extremely appreciated, and just an awesome shopping experience every time. We moved out of town (an hour away), but still stop by every time we are in Nashville - it’s worth it! Everyone who works there knows so much about the products they have, even the brand new stuff. We love the Bottle Shop! Stay awesome!

GREAT, thoughtful wine selection! High end choices without ridiculous prices. Today I cleaned them out of a fabulous Slovakian red wine (got the last 4 bottles). If you prefer boutique wines this is the place!

Small shop with limited space but they do pretty well as far as offering an interesting selection given the size. The staff always seems very knowledgeable both about various spirits but also what they carry/don't carry without needing to look it up. Prices are very reasonable and they clearly care about their customers as Buffalo Trace is $25 (great price) and is limited to one bottle per customer. They could just as easily charge $5 without the limit and probably sell more. There's really no reason not to check this place out of you haven't been there though.

The kindest, most helpful bunch of folks I’ve ever encountered in a bottle shop. This is my go to spot for the stuff I love and get on repeat. It doesn’t have a bazillion things, but what they do have seems purposefully curated (and really good). You can place orders online or in their app and know hat they do and don’t have in stock. Highly recommend.

Top-notch selection and even better service! This shop has some of the best curation of all three spirits: beer, wine, and liquor. You can tell the employees really care about their job and helping the customers. Connor was very helpful to my fiancée and I picking out wines and beers for our weddings. Definitely went above and beyond to make our trip worth it and helped us find delicious, affordable options. Very personable and knowledgeable. Stop in while he's working and you won't be disappointed!

I just moved to Nashville and have been looking all over for a great, high quality wine store...and boy did I find it. The Bottle Shop checks all the boxes, fantastic service, a finely curated selection, and a great vibe. It's the kind of place you want to hang out and talk wine.

This is one of my all time favorite liquor stores! It’s my go-to for harder to find liquors, bitters, sparkling wines & aperitifs. I am impressed by their non-alc/low-alc options too. The staff is friendly, helpful & gives spot on suggestions. Highly recommend.

Always my favorite wine and spirits store. During non COVID times, they held tastings. The workers are knowledgeable and can make suggestions if you need help. Also. Great selection of stuff you can't find anywhere else.
