Zed’s Motors is an awesome dealership. I had previously dealt with bad service from another dealership but when I contacted Zed’s about a vehicle there was no issue! David was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my husband while we made our decision. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them if needed.

Sean Whipple was in short, absolutely amazing! From the moment of initial contact he was professional yet kept the experience feeling relaxed! I've had experience in the past with small dealerships and my experience at ZED Motors tops them all, from the courtesy shown towards me to the patience shown when dealing with issues with the insurance and bank companies (due to the recent tech outage that effected a lot of people) the experience was just amazing and would have been quite short if not for the aforementioned outage! If you're wanting to get a good deal and have a fun experience while purchasing a new car for you or your loved one look no further than Sean at Zed Motors!

Purchased a vehicle from Zed’s about 3 weeks ago. (Sean)was a great salesman as he was helpful in making the process super easy. The owner (Sal) was especially helpful and made sure some post buying work was done to the vehicle to ensure a quality sale. (Sal) also seemed very genuine in making sure the vehicle was in great condition. I will definitely visit these guys for my future purchases and would advise anyone to give them shot if looking for a nice vehicle.

My experience with Sean the salesman was above professional and very communicative. Omar...the co-owner of Zed motors is also one of the mechanics. He prides himself on value in each car with any maintenance issues, and felt that no vehicle would leave the lot unless it was 100% ready for many years of driving. Speaking with Omar assured me that driving from Daytona Beach (515 miles away) to purchase a car they had listed, would not be a disappointment. He had also worked on this Mini Cooper, I purchased, to prepare for a sale. I drove it back to Daytona Beach with Zero issues and can attest that I am beyond satisfied. I saw easily 10-15 other vehicles there that day I could easily have purchased. All vehicles are of the nicest I've ever seen on a used lot. My only regret is that I didn't buy my other vehicles from them....but will make the effort again in the future. Ultimately...hands down smooth, professional, value, excellent pricing, expert mechanics who will stand by their vehicles! He didn't rush or try to pressure sale me, he took his time and sold me the exact truck I wanted.Daryl the finance manager took the right steps to keep my monthly payments low and kept me in my budget! Shout out to my guy Sean at Zed! Went on the lot looking for a Tahoe for my wife and brand new baby girl! Very nice and respectful but also not pushy at all. Gave us the keys for a test drive within 20 minutes of looking at the vehicle.

The vehicle itself was IMMACULATE! A few little scratches/dings here and there but that’s to be expected with a car this old. But the car was very well maintained, extensive maintenance records on the carfax, and they were really easy to deal with. Also the shop we took it to for a pre purchase inspection said this was the cleanest Tahoe they had ever seen! Obviously do your research and NEVER buy a car without a pre purchase inspection unless it’s brand new, but it sounds like they picked a great one! They didn’t go above and beyond to sell us on the car, they were just a resource which is what I love.

Would definitely buy from them again and plan to send all my friends there in the future!

Large inventory and broad price ranges to suite everyone’s needs. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited through Josh. Josh and Sean were a huge help in the buying process. I found Zed Motors on Cargurus. We drove from Rockingham NC to Raleigh after I confirmed with salesman David that they still had the car. He’s an awesome salesman and very professional. My husband and I purchased the car for our grandson and he absolutely loves it!! Thank you Zeb Motors and David and when I need something else, I will definitely be calling you again. This is the second car we have purchased from Zed Motors. The white 300 was the first but my grandson was involved in an accident and it was totaled… not his fault. He wanted another one and we returned to Zed Motors and purchased the black one. Thank you David!!!

Great experience at Zed Motors! Sean Whipple was very helpful in working with us to help us trade in our old car to get a new car: new to us at least! There were some things that needed to be repaired and Sean got everything repaired and taken care, even after we purchased it! We will definitely be back for our next car!

Honest dealership. i dealt with David who was responsive and friendly. i took a long look at the truck myself and had an inspection done on it before purchase. the vehicle was in great condition, priced below market value, and i got more for my trade in than i was offered other places. I recommend ZED Motors to anyone looking for a used car.

We had a great experience with Sean at Zed Motors. Used car dealers don't typically have good reputations, but we were treated fairly and honestly at this dealership.

We were deciding between two trucks and one was at another dealer. We live almost 2 hours away from both dealers which are located in Raleigh. We had actually put a small down payment on the other truck to hold it for us about a week before we saw the truck at Zed motors. The truck at Zed motors happened to have all the features we were looking for so we wanted to check it out before buying the other truck. The other dealer treated us very well also and understood our dilemma.

We stopped at Zed Motors to thoroughly check out the truck and everything was working perfectly. Sean said we were welcome to take it to another mechanic to check it as well, but unfortunately, traveling from two hours away, we didn't know of any mechanics in Raleigh to take it to. In any case, we took the truck for a test drive and it ran perfectly except we noticed a faint knocking and slight wobble from the front passenger wheel. Sean went out with me to confirm what we noticed and he noticed the same thing. He agreed to check it out and fix the axle or bearing or both, whatever the case may be. Understanding our situation, Sean worked to get us a 90 day power train warranty to help us feel more comfortable with our decision, if we chose the truck they were offering.

A few days later, we returned to finalize our transaction, but we test drove the truck again first. As promised, the axle was repaired and truck ran flawlessly. Zed motors also provided the 90 day warranty as offered. We purchased the truck and are very happy with it and our experience with Zed motors, despite traveling 2 hours to make the transaction. The truck ran great on the way home and we brought it to our local trusted mechanic to throw it on a lift to thoroughly check out the suspension. He confirmed everything looked in great condition.
