I reached out to Lamm Insurance Group after my current agent stopped communicating with me (it was like pulling teeth). I actually contacted another agency, but never got a response. The day I sent in a quote to Brent he responded that same day. I think it was within 30 minutes. He helped me find a better rate for my home & auto insurance that same day.

I'm happy he was so fast with everything. But what I appreciate the most is how communicative and accommodating he was. If you want someone that is friendly, responsive, and helps you save money I highly recommend the Lamm Insurance group.

Have used Lamm Insurance Group twice now. I was in a bind due to other agents not being responsive and my procrastination in following up, to the point where my closing date was in jeopardy. There is NO comparison when it comes to Lamm Insurance Group. I accidentally let my homeowners insurance expire and I realized this on a Sunday evening. I sent Brent a message and early Monday morning he was in the process of taking care of my mistake. I have NEVER been with an insurance agency that will respond immediately and have a problem resolved with a couple of hours. When an urgent need arises, rest assure Brent will take care of your needs with the most professional , compassionate and expertise service available.

Brent is an awesome advocate. A tree fell on my house during a tornado. I was dealing with a very difficult adjustor at my home insurance company who wanted to leave me on the hook for $4000 worth of damages. Brent was able to climb the chain of command and get in touch with the VP of claims at the company in order to get it sorted out for me so I could get my payment. I recommend Lamm insurance group for all of your insurance needs.
