I read many reviews before choosing a flooring company. A1 was affordable and extremely responsive/communicative throughout the process. Not to mention the floors (we replaced the kitchen floors to match the rest of our hardwood) look absolutely gorgeous. We will absolutely use A1 floors again in the future!

We just had LVP installed in our entire 2,000 square foot home by A-1! We had many quotes and thought about going the route of getting the flooring ourselves. But after Chris came and brought samples and was able to give us pricing better with their vendors flooring, we went with them! We didn’t have to do anything, they brought the high quality flooring, moved all furniture, and had the entire house done in 2 days! They worked hard and it turned out beautifully. Highly recommend. Was a pleasant, affordable company to work with.

A1 Floors did such an incredible job on my floors. These floors have literally transformed my home. They are beautiful! The service was impeccable, from Kate who came to my home to show me samples and all of the help she provided to help me choose the best color choice for myself, to the crew that did the work. Elmer and the crew did an amazing job taking up my hardwoods and tile and laying down my new luxury vinyl plank. Customer service has been fantastic even down to Heather calling to check on me and the floors today!

We have hired A1 Floors to do our 3 flooring jobs and they have done extremely professional work every time! Every person we have dealt with, from beginning to end, have been remarkably nice & professional. Costs are completely transparent and they will explain to you everything dealing with the cost before the work is started. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially when you consider how much prices have gone up for everything. A1 Floors keep their prices as low as possible and always honor legitimate coupons (we have used coupons with them twice).
The installation team is also very professional & very nice. They arrived every day on time or before time and worked non-stop until they finished. They were very careful with everything in our home and cleaned up the floors after the installation was finished. They did an outstanding, awesome job on all of our floors!! We are extremely pleased with everything!!
A1 Floors is a very reputable company and I would trust them to do any flooring job for me. All of the floors look outstanding and there is no gaps anywhere. The flooring was so well done with no marks, no splits, no damaged areas, and even around the floor vents the flooring is extremely precise. The floor vents also fit in their openings very well.
My family and I are extremely satisfied with all 3 jobs A1 Flooring have dome for us. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. I highly recommend A1 Floors for any flooring job you need to have done. Everyone there is very helpful and is always willing to answer any questions you have.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Chris came to give us a free estimate and went above and beyond to explain the flooring options, answering all our questions, and gave us suggestions that would save us money and time. We didn't feel rushed at all. Calling the office with additional questions was also very pleasant. They stayed on the phone to get the exact answers I needed. The representative even asked the manager to make sure she was giving the right information. They had a wide variety of great flooring options and the price was within our budget. We got the estimate sent to us via text before Chris left our home. After comparing them to a few other vendors, they came out on top because of their customer service, flooring options, and price so we decided to do business with them. A week after signing the contract and putting down the deposit, they were installing lvp on most of our second level and carpet on the stairs. The installers were on time, cordial, professional and efficient. They were in and out in less than four hours! We are so pleased with our new floors! We wanted to remove damage sheet vinyl from the kitchen and entry way, A1 floors exceeded my expectation. We were able to choose from floor samples in our home without needing to go to a store. Prices and options were upfront without pressure to commitment . Both sales and flooring crew were friendly and professional. Everything took around 8-9 hours as promised with great results. Carpet was also removed in one of the rooms. Definitely would refer anyone to them for your flooring needs.

I had new carpet and laminate installed in my townhome. Mike was great with coming over and giving an estimate and suggestions on flooring/carpeting. I selected the materials and within a week I was contacted by Robert to make an appointment for the installation. On the day of the installation, Elmer and the rest of the team worked very hard and what was to be a 2-day installation was completed in one day. I'm very happy with the results. It's beautiful and like walking into a new home. I highly recommend A1 Floors.

Exceeded all expectations. We called to make an appointment and it wasn't some guy in his truck. It was someone in the office who could make my appointment and helped us with what we were looking for. A very nice man named John came to our home with samples. We asked a ton of questions and he was patient and very knowledgeable. We got an estimate that day. We called to schedule a few days later and they made our appointment and told us what to expect and how long it would take. They told us this would be done in one day. We did not believe them. Our mistake! They came to our home, the crew was professional, respectful of our home and furnishings. They were like a well oiled machine. We could not believe they did all they did in one day and in fact less than 5 hrs. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with a beautiful floor throughout our home! My husband and I have had a lot of bad contractors in our home over the last year, A1 gave us hope that there are great companies out there. Oh and the price was the best we received as well. Our floors are gorgeous!! I would give them more stars if I could.

A1 Floors did a great job installing carpeting in my home. They worked for several hours straight and got the job done in one day. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful and the sales person was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I would definitely recommend A1 Floors.

Great service from start to finish. Christopher Dupree explained to me and gave me potions as to what kind of flooring I could do. The flooring guys were very skilled, they cleaned very well after it was all done. Happy customer!!

We recently had A1 Floors come to our home to level out flooring between several rooms and install white oak hardwood floors in our kitchen, half bath, living room, dining room, and hallway. The team did an incredible job! Kate was super helpful when she came by our home for the initial estimate and review of what we needed done in our home. We purchased our our hardwood floor and they were more than willing to install it, which we loved (we were shocked by the number of companies unwilling to install consumer purchased material, especially in a time when it is difficult to get hardwood flooring in your hand without waiting several months). Our project manager John was very helpful and communicative the day of and Edwin's install team was so nice and hardworking! They were super polite and got the entire job done in one day (800 sq ft across the first floor). We would highly recommend A1 Floors for your install needs!

I used A1 floors for a complete floor remodel of LVP and Carpet. They were able to pull out and remove the old hard wood floors along with the old carpet. The scope of the job was about 1900sqft and took them 2 days to complete. A couple of things to note are they come prepared with options for you to look at during your consult. I recommend that you know what you want as you do get a discount if you make the purchase that day. If you are unsure you may want to get other quotes prior to having them come so you can compare. Another is no mater how much they try to keep the dust down, if you are doing anything with hardwoods, there is going to be dust. Don’t complain or get angry they try their best so expect to clean for a couple days after. Elmer and his crew were great! Nice guys and very hard working. There was a small hiccup during the process in which Kevin the owner was able to fix without an issue. Great experience overall.

I am very happy with their work and service. My vinyl floor looks just like wood and I am so glad that I made the decision to switch from carpet to luxury vinyl floor. Right from the beginning, Mike (manager) and Meriela (sale rep) explained everything in details and helped me choosing the right color for my floor. Then the installation team was on time and cleaned up well after themselves. Thank you for your great work!

A 1 floors are awesome! When Chris came with the free estimate, he was nice and patient with me. He showed me samples. All very nice. I had several samples from other stores. I was not all in with these samples until I saw what A1 floors displayed. I finally found the color and style. Perfect. The Installers were wonderful and was able to complete before my guests arrived later that day. I had 2 hrs. to get everything in place . The Installers moved the heavy furniture back in place since my husband was not at home at the time. Great service and beautiful floors. I highly recommend A1 floors. You will not be disappointed!!

I had A1 Floors and another company come out and give me a quote for new flooring. I wanted to get new carpet and hardwoods replaced after 16 years. I ended up choosing A1 Floors. I worked with Kate Graham, one of their sales associates and she was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable of their products, coordinated the job and saw it through. I decided to go with an European Oak 7" plank engineered hardwood on two levels and an upgraded carpet for my 3rd floor.Their crew worked diligently to get the job done in a timely fashion. The floors turned out beautiful. Overall I am very pleased with their work. I will definitely refer them to my clients and friends.

A-1 Floors is definitely an awesome company full of awesome people! From beginning to end we had a 10 Star experience! Chris came and checked our floors and did our estimate and covered every detail of the job and the different ways we could handle it to save us as much money as possible. He took his time and answered every question we had and give us the answer to many questions we had not thought about asking, but we were really glad he covered it with us. Robert was also very great and followed up with us numerous times about how we were liking the work. He also come by the house while the guys were working and asked us if we liked the job and asked if we had any questions. Robert also gave us his personal number and said if we had any problems or concerns about anything with the job to please call him anytime.
The team of guys who came to do the work were also very nice and very professional. They were very careful moving our furniture pieces and took great care putting everything back. They did an awesome job on all the floors and did a great job finding and repairing some subfloor we knew needed to be replaced. We were not going to replace the flooring in the pantry, but they had some extra flooring left over and they replaced it for us anyway, which is the most kind thing we have seen any company do in many years! They definitely care about their customers 200%! The flooring looks awesome guys, we cannot thank all of you enough!
All the guys cleaned up so great after replacing all of the flooring too. They went way beyond all expectations.
And we also enjoyed the conversations we had with many of the guys. It was very nice to have such friendly, caring, nice people to just carry on a conversation with. Yu could not ask for a better all-around team than A-1 Flooring!

A1 Floors was referred to me by my coworkers when I was looking to redo my floors and A1 Floors came highly recommended. I now see why, John was our sales person and he made time for us to get an estimate over the weekend and it turns out that we worked with John in the past through another company that provide great flooring service. If your doing flooring on a budget and still want quality floors and service, A1 Flooring are your people. Quality floors, fast installation and helped me stay on budget. We love our floors!

Their motto is to exceed expectations from consultation to installation and they certainly did!! Our consultant, Kate was such an amazing help - she was exceptionally patient with us as we were deciding what we wanted to do with the floor, and super responsive whenever we had questions even after the consult. And the installers got our old carpet and hardwood out and new flooring installed so quickly and efficiently. And vacuumed the carpets when they finished. The floors will need a quick mop, which is to be expected, but we are IN LOVE with our new space!

Overall we had a great experience. Our home was built in 2017 and we selected dark engineered hardwood floors. We loved the look of our floors but hated the maintenance to keep them clean and beautiful. Instead of enjoying our new home we became the shoe police! If that wasn't enough the oils feet and socks would leave footprints as well. We were told to use a certain cleaner to maintain the floors or else we would void the warranty, and that cleaner left.......residue!!

We finally had enough and decided to change our floors to LVP downstairs and remove all of the Level 1 carpet on the stairs, hallway and master bedroom. We couldn't be happier with the results! Our floors are much easier to clean, even with our small dog!

The installation team was on time and professional, the prices are reasonable and both jobs were finished in one day. Our downstairs had over 900 sq ft. complete in about 8.5 hours. The engineered hardwood floors are still in place under the LVP floor.

Once again, great experience! Our only recommendation is to discuss the trim molding after you make your selections. LVP isn't always easy to match up depending on the color. We have to have our mold redone downstairs to correct this. We are working with Kevin to resolve this.

Estimate for my floor was excellent she knows her business and answers all your questions. Crew who layed the floor was excellent it turned out beautiful. Pleasant team of workers. I am looking forward to doing the rest if my home.
