We used Albright painting for a kitchen cabinet remodel. We had dark colors and replaced with a modern and lighter color. We had a great experience with the whole crew, always showing up on time and finished the project within 3-4 days. They left my house looking sparkling clean afterwords. We loved the clear communication/expectations about the nature of the paint and fumes and the time required to dry. Very professional crew and they did a fantastic job sealing the entire house in preparation. Most importantly, the project manager was giving updates every few hours, which was crucial to me. I felt very involved in the whole process.

I have had a very positive experience with Albright Painting & Construction LLC painting the exterior of my home. The siding, windows, window casing, doors, door casings, eves, gutters, down spouts, shutters, railings, deck and trim. The color is bright extra white. The garage has been fully painted, ceiling, walls and trim, and a multi speck color on the floor. The back deck was pressure cleaned and stained as well. I also had the black rod iron furniture spray painted on the back deck. The entire exterior of my home, now looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Albright Painting to all my family, neighbors and friends.

I engaged Albright Painting and Construction to paint the interior of my home. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They proceeded through the house in such a way that I always had access to necessities to live there while the job was ongoing. I highly recommend David and his team for anyone’s painting needs.

We hired Albright Painting to paint the exterior of our home. Their pricing was competitive and even included extras (shed, side fence, etc.) that other companies were quoting as additional. Their services included power washing, paint preparation, and final painting. Our home is 70 years old and hadn't been painted in a while to the point where it was a maintenance issue. David Brown and his team spent a lot of time (and a used a lot of caulk) to prep the house for painting. I think it was more time than they planned, but Mr. Brown did well to come by regularly and instruct the crew on areas that needed attention. They also did some carpentry work for us in areas that needed it, including replacing all the wood on our carport columns which really turned out looking fantastic. I was a bit concerned with the upfront deposit and some of additional draws of money as the project was being completed, but it ultimately was never an issue, as the project was completed in full. The end result really looks nice, and I feel better about the home's maintenance. It doesn't look perfect up close in some areas, but that's to be expected with old wood siding. All in all, the house looks great, and we even got some free services in the process (power washing of stone wall, removal of old storm windows). We are happy with the service and the value we received for the money. I enjoyed getting to know David Brown and thank him and his team for the long days they spent out in this heat making our house look great!

We hired Albright Painting & Construction to paint and remove popcorn ceiling from our 1980 built ranch style home hallway bathroom . Their team were professional, on time, and giving frequent updates as project progressed. They completed this project in three day and made sure that everything was to our liking. Our granddaughter’s bathroom looks amazing with new fixtures and freshly painted walls. Would highly recommend/use them again!!

We used Allbright to have our house pressure washed and the exterior painted. David is a very hands on contractor, was on site every day supervising his crew which were very professional. They did an excellent job, I highly recommend them. They left the job site very clean.

I've known Mr. Brown for almost 30 years. He and Mr. Boomer were hired to do some major repairs to my home and to paint. Their skills in carpentry are excellent and both went beyond to fix issues they weren't contracted to do. The finished product went past my expectations, my home looks brand new!!

I have been very thrilled with my experience with Albright Painting and Construction from day one. I called to get a quote, Dave showed up the next day on time. We got our interior painted, cabinets redone, rotten wood outside by the gutters repaired, new deck rebuilt, screen porch redone and repairs on the roof. Everything was done with fine detail. The workers showed up early every morning and stayed until 7:00 each night. They even came on Saturdays to get the project done. Dave ( owner) showed up every day, sometimes multiple times to make sure things were done to the highest standards. Dave pays attention to detail and even added in a few extras like painting my outdoor lights and hardware to make everything look perfect! Everyone was respectful and clean. One of the most important things to me was that Dave stands behind his work. We have a 2 year warranty if we have any issues. Everything was above and beyond. I had new carpet installed after my room was painted and the crew came in and touched up without me even asking. Dave kept us informed throughout the whole project. He called when he was about to arrive and notified us when he was leaving. We even felt comfortable enough with leaving Dave a key to do work when we were gone.
I would rate Albright 10 stars if I could!

We used Albright Painting and Construction to perform sheetrock repairs and a complete repainting of our 3 car garage. My goal was to transform our garage into a crisp and clean, showroom like experience for our automobiles. For many in this area, the garage is the most used entrance and exit to the home and in my case, I was tired of traversing through the garage with the beige wall color we chose when we built the house and the cracks in the ceiling. David Brown arrived on time for our initial consultation. I described my vision for the garage and he clearly described each of the tasks he would perform to make the repairs and his recommendations for paint type and sheens. We planned to repair the cracks in the ceiling, paint all the walls with an eggshell sheen, ceiling in flat sheen, trim, doors and even the inside of the metal garage doors in a gloss sheen. On the spot, David made his calculations and wrote up and presented his estimate. We reviewed and later accepted the quote for the work and scheduled a mutually acceptable start date. David called or texted each day to say when he and/or his crew would be arriving and he did the same to say when they would be leaving. David reviewed the crew's work each day and performed some some of the spray work himself. The end result was an excellent rendition of my vision for a crisp, clean, white garage that looks like a showroom!

Mr Brown provided an on-the-spot quote - he followed up promptly will all communications throughout the project and was professional. There was a variety of work performed, power-washing, roof cleaning, staining an outdoor ceiling and painting outdoors. Unfortunately due to weather the job was delayed many times, but remaining flexible with any outdoor work is required. The key note, is that he kept us well-informed about the schedule. After the first day, I made a mistake in a paint color - and he was very fair in my opinion, in the re-do charge to fix our error. Mr. Brown checked the quality of work and went above and beyond to address items outside of our quote to make the overall appearance fantastic. I would use these services again. Karyn J.

David initially came to quote painting the interior, but his crew eventually ended up power washing the brick, doing the exterior trim, the back deck, and the garage as well. They were also able to handle some bathroom vanity and countertop changes - and installed mirrors at no charge! They hung some blinds while they were here as well. The paint work is first rate and everything looks great and the price was within my budget.

The workers accidentally threw out some cleaning items we had brought to the house, but David made that good. Very professional!

David and his crew stained/painted the exterior of our house and garage and we are very happy with the finished product. They were very professional and once starting the house, finished it with high quality care/experience balanced with timeliness. The quality of the job was A+ and I would definitely recommend them again for any painting job. I was happy with the recommendations that David gave us for stain colors and design. He took the time to make sure things were done correctly.

I usually don't take the time to stop and write reviews but I had to take the time to commend Albright Painting company for the outstanding job the did at our home in Chapel Hill. Often times because of our location my husband and I receive what we feel are over priced estimates to do work at our home. We were about to throw in the towel and try to paint our home ourselves using DIY videos until a friend praised this company for the work they did to their home in Wake Forest. We contacted the company and the two business partners who came out, blew us a way in a good way. They were extremely competent and knowledgeable about the trade and professional in their delivery. Then when we got the quote we knew that good things do come to those who wait. Their estimate was within budget. They finished the job within a good time period and did exemplary work. We are in our forever home. This company will be our go-to for all of our painting needs in the future. I highly recommend their services.

David Brown of Albright Painting & Construction spent a full day at our house hanging art and other pictures. He has a great eye for positioning each painting or picture in a place that showcases the art. David worked with my husband and me to choose what pictures went where and to carefully measure and level each piece.

We did individual works and combinations of pieces on larger walls. There were several instances where it was difficult to nail in the picture hangers, which David brought with him to use. We also hung antique mirrors and a corner cabinet. David navigated stairs, rooms with walls of different heights and some quirky configurations to do the job.

He was willing to tackle any request we made. He has been in painting and construction for 40 years and his experience was invaluable. I highly recommend Albright Painting and Construction for quality work, attention to detail, integrity and a strong work ethic. David had all the tools necessary to fulfill the requirements of diverse tasks.

David never rushed us and was very respectful of our opinions. He made our house a reflection of our tastes. His training in interior decoration and sense of color proved beneficial. He did exactly what he promised, arrived on time and charged a fair price for his services. We will definitely call David Brown for future work.

David was the first to respond to my request to have a bedroom painted for a new tenant. He was able to complete the job within 24 hours of the request without a lenghtly quotation/inspection process. The painting and board work his team performed was beautiful and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We hired Albright painting to paint the exterior of our 10 year old home and deck. I felt that the pricing was very competitive with the other 4 quotes we received. They did require a 50% deposit for materials to get started which I wasn't crazy about but it turned out not to be an issue. Mr. Brown consulted with us to pick out the colors of our home and only used high quality Sherwin Williams paint. We did have some scheduling challenges because of weeks and weeks of rain, but Mr. Brown always answered his phone and did a good job of staying in constant communication with us about the schedule. Once they did get on site, I felt the quality of the work was impeccable. Mr. Brown and his team were very detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure our house turned out beautiful. He took the initiative to secure loose siding that had been improperly installed as well as re-mounting all the shutters on our home, which were falling off to make sure our house looked great. They even washed all the windows and painted our mailbox and post. We had 3 neighbors ask for their number once they saw how great our home turned out. That says it all in my mind. We are very satisfied with the end result and would use Albright painting again.

I worked with David Brown of Albright Painting for the first time on staining a deck and two story stairs. He and his partner were professional, prompt and did an excellent job. They were going to power wash the deck before staining it so I had them power wash my house too. I was really pleased with the results on both. Next, they took great care during each phase of the project and worked for three days to ensure conditions were optimal. They made sure to protect the surrounding areas from being exposed and there were no stray stain marks or drips anywhere. I've had other painters to get relaxed/sloppy on outside jobs and leave a mess. I definitely recommend Albright Painting for your next project.

MR Brown and his team came over to our house to paint our shutters ( prepping for sale of home) they did such a good job painting, they looked new. He recommended we paint the door to match and we agreed, GLAD WE DID. Before leaving he recommended we paint the trim of the garage and the windows, GLAD WE DID, looks great. After everything was done, house looked terrific. They even power washed the house. Good job 👍

After sending out multiple requests for a quote to paint my small shed through Google (which I had never done before), David was the first to respond and called me to make sure that his response was going through. He came out on time the next day to provide the quote on the shed. While the shed was my primary focus at the time, David asked if I was interested in discussing other suggestions options for making our home look sharp. We went over all of his suggestions for painting and repairing the exterior of our house (brick and vinyl) pressure washing and staining our fence and deck, pressure washing and sealing our driveway/patio, and repairing/painting our brick steps. Though I wasn’t looking to get these jobs done quite yet, it is incredibly valuable for him to provide the quotes on this work. After our discussion, David said they could get started right away with the shed. David and Alonzo finished the shed that day, and it looks great!
