Outstanding experience from start to finish with Kristen! I have never felt so heard and nurtured in a stylist consultation. Throughout my cut and color, she was thorough, efficient, communicative, and responsive. The result? I’ve never gotten so many compliments. Looking forward to a long relationship.

My favorite salon in town. It has a warm cool Auntie's home type vibe. Lots of different stylist, good people to support. They do have a salon cat, Henry who loves to snuggle and get petted if you want. I am highly allergic to cats and so they are great about keeping him away. And they do an excellent job of keeping the place clean. I have never had an allergic reaction there.

Do you even know how hard it is to get a decent curly haircut? Jill has been cutting my curly hair for years! She understands the power of the curl. Her haircuts are like a piece of art work. She has made me fall in love with my curls. Jill also guided me on growing out my grays every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service, Anna was super knowledgeable and took my vague idea of how I wanted my hair cut and turned it into a beautiful cut. I also got to see Henry, the salon cat. He made the already enjoyable experience into an even better one. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely haircut with Kayla, and the space was well placed for COVID-19 regulations. I felt comfortable with the distancing, and everyone was masked during my visit.

When I moved from Boston I was lucky enough to find Rachel at another salon -- I followed her when she moved over to Fuss & Bother. She's awesome at cutting my hair through all of its various lengths and stages, and also a super cool person. I highly recommend the salon and especially Rachel for all your hair-related needs as well as a partner for great conversation (and often pretty random in my case).

Rachel Johnson has been my stylist for years, and I've followed her to each new location. This salon is adorable, comfortable, and easy to find. It has off-street parking, and they offer tea and coffee while you wait. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, and all the people who work there seem to really love being there. I would trust any of the stylists there, but Rachel will always be my go-to.

I have known Alison for three years and so many of my friends go to her that I’ve actually lost count! She can cut and color all different textures—from super fine and straight to really thick and curly hair. She can accommodate clients who want super cutting edge looks, color correction, or more traditional hairstyles. She does it all! Bonus: the salon where she works has a cat named Henry!

Rachel has been my hairdresser for 2 years now. I used to see her when she was at a different salon and we have run the gamut of all hairstyles from bobs to bangs and color. I love the vibe at Fuss and Bother, it’s super relaxing and has parking which is a plus. Rachel always listens and is patient and realistic with me. I’m a particular person, but I always leave liking my haircut! Prices are reasonable too!

I’ve been living that pandemic life, cutting my own hair for the past six months. I was so grateful for all the precautions, such as mask wearing and extra sanitation so that I could feel really good about scheduling at Fuss+Bother.

I was ready to chop off all my hair and anxious about seeing a new stylist. I worked with Alison and she was brilliant at making my vision come to life. She was so warm and easy to communicate with, skillful and detail oriented and checked in to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. Seeing her reminded me of how good it feels to be cared for and transformed by a really great haircut.

Ms Anna did a great job creating a cute style I can manage one handed after breaking my left wrist. Thanks to Kjersti Kyle for recommendation.

Somehow Alison translated a few descriptors and a drawing made by my 7-year-old into the coolest, chicest haircut ever. Kid loves it so much and so does everyone else! Fantastic experience--not only is Alison super great at what she does, she's also a lovely person. Bonus points that the salon has a friendly resident cat who came by to say hello and hang out for a bit. We felt comfortable and confident with Fuss & Bother's COVID safety.

Alison N. gave me the cut i had been searching for! My hair has great movement now and is easy to manage. Also, she was super professional and took all COVID precautions. I felt safe. And now I feel beautiful!

Kristen is an excellent stylist with about a decade under her belt. She gave me a warm welcome, and transformed my hair from box red to platinum blonde. Her cut was precise & just what I asked for. Pure hair magic! ❤

I have been seeing Kayla for a few years now and my haircut and color always turn out amazing! She gives you a lot of tips for maintaining the color as well. Everyone there is also so friendly and welcoming!

Jill has been my hair stylist for the last 4 years here. She super talented and understands the intricacies of each persons hair. I have limo and thin hair hats slightly wavy and I always have a hard time getting a cut that suit my facial and head shape. She got it right away and I would fly from NYC for years to have her cut it.

Probably the best haircut of my life. The price was very reasonable for the level of service that i received. My cut came out great. I was given thorough styling instructions and i really love the decor and ease of parking. Also, there's a salon cat! I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.

Christina has a special touch cutting my wavy, somewhat fine hair, and I always enjoy our conversations while she works. I also appreciate the salon’s nice, kind of old timey, minimal decor—it’s less “posh” than a typical salon, a good thing in my opinion.
