Amazing service 👏 by Lawrence the Manager at This particular location and He was way beyond my expectations, He did awesome 👌 job with my business account and setting up the new phones (sorry that transfer my data from the old phone took so long I owe you a lunch at least 😀)Thanks Verizon for hire someone like Lawrence.

TWIWAN is absolutely the best of the best! I stopped by this Verizon while my son was at the Museum of Natural Science. I live over an hour away. Twiwan is truly the best customer sales consultant that I have encountered at Verizon in 12 years.
He was a ONE-MAN dynamo. He ran the store solo and, made each and every customer feel special and met everyone’s needs. No one minded waiting because he helped each of us when he could. This man needs a RAISE and a PROMOTION!
He truly deserves 10 stars. I might have to drive from Jamestown, NC, for future Verizon needs.

Mike was very helpful in getting me set up with a new plan and switch from my previous carrier. I also up graded my phone and switched to Verizon for my internet service. I saved money and have a much better plan. I highly recommend Mike at the Glenn School road location in Durham. Mike offers excellent customer service and is very patient and knowledgeable. I would be glad to recommend coming to this location to all my friends and family. Thank you Mike!! 😊

I had a great experience. Mike made the transition from one phone to another so smooth. He was very attentive. He made me feel like a family member helping me work things out. Being that I'm not that technical, he set the phone up and made it easy for me to pick back up where I left off on my other phone. I have never had an experience like that before. I appreciated his kindness and patience.

I was very delighted with today's visit. The lady more then accommodated all of my business needs and she did it with a smile that was warm heartedly accepted. Week definitely use this as my primary Verizon store. Nothing could have been improved on the service today was impeccable, and ask Verizon stores need to take lessons on customer care and satisfaction from the lady the waited on me today After today this young lady gave me hope for our younger generation because she was evidently brought up correctly it showed in so many ways. They were busy, but I was able to handle all of my business. The team transferred my service and activated my new plan pretty easily. Great customer care. You can tell they all try to go above and beyond customer expectations.

This place was very clean and neat and well organized. Verizon's Office Manager, the Authorized Retailer selected what I needed and I can say I enjoyed the office manager's approach to share business. It was awesome, very resourceful as well as helpful. Not only did she have an awesome attitude for customer service, I will not hesitate to use their service again, it helped me tremendously and forced me to forget my last discourse.. Other locations nearby have to rise up and take notice. My family, friends and those I am in contact with will hear about this Glenn School Road location off I85 North nearing Durham, leaving Creedmoor Town.

Ana (Karen) did a phenomenal job. She knew the product thoroughly and went above and beyond offering to send in my trades phone, applying the liquid screen protector, and helping me with the Otterbox case. She also waited until my transfer was 100 complete and made sure I did not have any questions prior to moving on to the next customer.

Getting a new phone can be stressful. It doesn't have to be with help from customer service providers such as Andrea. She went above and beyond, jumped through hoops and escalated appropriately to make sure family were taken care of. I highly recommend this Durham location for genuinely excellent customer service. Kudos again to Andrea, all day!
