This place has EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR HAIR, face products, great selection of shampoo and conditioner that only sells in salons. I will definitely go back for all of my beauty needs. And I forgot to mention the selection of hair straighteners and blow dryers is impeccable!!! Great place and prices!

Beauty World always has what I'm looking for. Wigs, weave, hair care products, clothes, jewelry, soaps, makeup, etc. It's almost like Walmart. Employees are always helpful.

This is the largest best organized beauty supply store I’ve ever seen and I always find what I’m looking for. I live in a small town a few hours away from this store but whenever I’m in the area I make it a point to pay them a visit. I hope to visit soon because I’m looking for a certain type/brand of crochet hair and I’m hopeful they’ll have it……

Much bigger store then I expected. Lots of helpful staff. My wife was looking for a wig. Found one at a good price. It's would probably take an hour or more to look at the rest of the items in the store. Everything seems will priced.

This Beauty World is the largest we have in our city basically if you can't find what you need in this store it probably doesn't exist

This is my go to store for all my hair products. They always have what I need in stock and I'm super impressed that the staff was able to identify exactly the type of beard oil that I needed when I only knew a vague description of the bottle. I still remember this almost a month later. This is also where I buy all of my durags because I love the variety and they have the best prices. My barbershop when I lived in NC was 10 minutes from here and each time I got my hair cut I would always give Beauty World a visit to stock up on supplies. I highly recommend coming with a list though because it's easy to spend an hour in here perusing the vast selection of self-care products.

The best beauty supply store in Durham. It has everything you need to get your whole self together! Go in there and come out a star! They have everything you might need to get yourself together from head to toe. Hair, earrings, outfits and shoes!

This place is amazing!! It has the most hair products you will find in one store. And not just hair stuff but all kind of beauty stuff. You wont believe it unless you see it for yourself. They have anything you need and plenty of different options. I went to get a pin tail comb and i found probably 20 different kinds in all different prices. I bought a $2.99 carbon fiber one that is the strongest comb ive ever had. There was so much i wanted to look at but ran out of time. So go there with time to look everything. You will love it!! And they were so helpful and clean and nice. Great place all in all.

This is an amazing beauty supply and I always enjoy shopping here. But beware to any ladies that shop here: When I was here today, there was a short-ish black guy with dreads wearing a hat who was just creeping around the store. I don’t believe he was in there to buy anything, and I genuinely feel like he was plotting on someone. I felt like he was following me around, because everywhere I would go… he would just magically pop up. When I left the store, he was ironically leaving at the same time as me, but he did not buy ANYTHING. This man was just walking around a prodomineltely female orientated store, and left without buying a thing. He was definitely up to something…. And I do not think he was stealing anything. I think he was looking to bother women. So if you ever see him, just keep your eye on him

Incredibly huge location. Good vibes from the staff. Word of advise they have security I have seen them check peoples bags on the way out just to make sure they weren't stealing. It can be slightly intimidating but I understand the need because they sell lots of high ticket items. I recommend setting aside at least 40 min to an hour to explore there large selection of hair and beauty products.

They had everything I needed and then some. One thing I have to say is I dont feel like I am being followed when I go in the store even though my pocketbook is a small backpack. Unlike other beauty supplies who follow you and hound you to death. Also would like to say the ladies in here are very helpful and knowledgeable on the products in the store. I appreciate that as well. Decent prices too.
