Frazee Carpet & Flooring

These folks performed great! They had to saw through some already installed porcelain tiles and they pulled it off without a chip or crack! It was a big relief—since I couldn’t replace any damaged tiles because they had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I certainly would hire them again.

Frazee replaced the flooring in my kitchen with new LVT that looks amazing! Marcus was great to work with and the installers were so nice and did a great job. Already received several compliments on the new floor. Highly recommend Frazee!

Customer service was great, installation was timely and well executed. The carpet looks really nice too! Our only complaint was the carpets were left with a bunch of strings all over them from cutting the carpet. I guess we assumed they would vaccum them after install but they didn’t.

Frazee was able to order a similar hardwood product that matched my previous flooring that they installed many years ago and was no longer made.
They worked with my schedule and because of a cancellation they were able to fit me in sooner!
The installer worked steadily and carefully and took care to clean up after completion. My hallway looks very nice after a flood occurred a month prior.

I loved the workmanship and professionalism from all stages at Frazee, from browsing to installation, everyone in the company was courteous, friendly and professional. We reviewed and got in-home estimates from several companies. Frazee beat everyone else hands down! From the choices of flooring, description of the pros and cons of materials, cleaning and durability. They beat everyone’s price and have their own cadre of installers. The installation crew was fast and friendly and helped with moving big stuff and got our furniture safely back in place without ANY damage to our furniture, baseboards etc. Love, Love, love this company.

The process was very straight forward from start to finish. The job consisted of removing carpet in two bedrooms (including closet spaces) and installing engineered hardwood (as in the reset of the downstairs area. The entire job took a day and was completed by a crew of two people - with another two individuals joining at the latter part of the process. The crew worked very efficiently and the result was outstanding. I could not be happier with the outcome and would definitely consider Frazee for future jobs. Highly recommended.

Working with Nick on selection to installation was drama free. I asked if the scheduled installation could be earlier because of the upcoming holiday..he made it happen without any issues. This is my second new flooring installation by Frazee and they have always been the most professional, lowest bidders and best quality. I definitely recommend them without question!

My mother recently passed and I was looking to upgrade her place to sell. I called Frazee Carpet to get a quote and within 2 days I had a firm and very competitive offer from Marcus. Jose and his install team were waiting in the parking lot when I arrive at my mothers place to begin the install. Removal of the old carpet and install of the new carpet went flawlessly. They not only did a very professional job of install but vacuumed the carpet and cleaned all the floors of debris before leaving. The house looks almost brand new. I would gladly use Marcus and his team again and can't recommend them enough. Great job guys.

We had such a great experience with them. Boyd was our contact person and he was very flexible and helpful. He was able to help us with finding the material that will fit our budget and quality requirements. His team did everything on time, and if anything needed fix, they will immediately respond to our request. We did carpet and LVP with them. Our stairs needed some other work and they were nice waiting until we were ready to install the final runner on our carpet. Communication was always clear and always willing to offer options and even advise. The team installing the floors were very professional and would check back with you if you didn't like something. I will definitely hire them again to do any other flooring job at my place.
Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena con esta compañía. Nuestro persona contacto era Boyd quien siempre fue muy flexible y dispuesto a ayudar con ideas de los materiales para el piso. Pusimos piso de alfombra y Vinil lujoso (LVP siglas en inglés). Además de alfombra en las escaleras. Sinceramente, ha sido una experiencia muy buena, y no duraría en contratarlos de nuevo para otros trabajos.

Frazee installed beautiful carpet at a reasonable price for one of our bedrooms. The process didn’t take long. We will use them again as we carpet the rest of the house.

Great service. We did a whole house carpet replacement. Their crew showed up on time. Moved all our furniture, took great care of our stuff, and finished the job in two days without a hitch. The carpet looks great!! Will recommend Frazee to everyone!

Frazee's tile guys came to handle a tile repair job on my shower floor. The crew was outstanding. They professionally restored the tile floor and took great care while doing it. They were polite and kind and completed the project in one afternoon. Once finished they tidied/cleaned up as if they had never been there. Totally impressed and extremely happy with the entire process!
