I came out of town to shop in the store on Saturday said September 17 at 10 AM. The girl that was at the store not friendly did not even speak to us did not offer any help. We went to the register to pay and did not even tell me what I owed. This is one store that I will never shop again on the clothes they run small and very expensive. I bought a dress for $70 and walked three stores down and found it for 30. Horrible customer service.

Buyer beware! Purchased a shirt and they never mentioned they don’t do returns. It didn’t fit brought it back next morning and they refused to refund even through the sales associate didn’t mention the policy during the purchase. Also don’t be fooled this is not a Vineyard Vine store. This is clearly a store taking advantage of tourists.

I purchased a shirt there while on vacation. I am now back in Texas and realized the sales staff failed to removed the sensor tag. I have tried calling for two days and no one answers the phone. If you’re reading this, please list a number that works. Thanks.
