We've had a great experience! If anything has gone wrong (i.e. Roof leak, faucet issues) they are quick to have them fixed. We have had no issues! As long as rent is paid on time, property kept up (renting 20 acres) etc they won't mess with you! Some of the complaints I've read seem very minimal and petty. Our family loves our rental and the company we rent through.

Nena is amazing and helped get our house sold quick! We have used her on multiple occasions and she always makes sure we are well taken care of and pays attention to what we want. She is so sweet and her dog buddy is an adorable sidekick and they have become like family to me! Will continue to use Nena in the future and recommend her to anyone who wants an honest real estate agent! ❤

Would not recommend renting from this business or be VERY CAREFUL if you do. They are not very professional. They do not write everything on the pre-move in inspection form, then when you move out try to claim you did it, broke it, lost it, etc. Make sure you notate everything yourself and get them to sign it. Even if it's a nail in the wall. A friend of mine also rented from them and he calls them up and tells them that they have someone coming over one day to look at buying the house. They didn't even know it was for sale! They are very shady. Then after preparing everything and cleaning, he supposedly doesn't show up except that their door was unlocked when they got home. Confronted about it, he said he had to reschedule the appointment to a different day…never bothered to call and let them know though. Then when they received their deposit back in the mail, they deducted over $200 from it for things such as light bulbs, oven not being crystal clean, a hinge on the door, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR that certainly doesn't cost over $200 to replace or fix. I have never reviewed anything publicly online, but these people almost ruined mine and my friend's living situations. So just PLEASE BEWARE.

Would not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional people. They are the car salesman of realtors. We haven't gotten anything but lies and bullshit from them and they will do anything to to cover there track of lies. We tried initially to buy a home through them, and things were beyond difficult so we decided to go another route because of the amount of time it was taking, and the lies we noticed. Now we are renting a home she is trying to sell and is very unreasonable about show times, the amount of people in the home and isn't respectful over the fact people live there or pets in the home.

They know Justin can't respond to their lies due to Google not allowing it, but I can.

1. We called them at 1 and I have the call records to prove it. (They're pathological liars)
2. We pulled up at 1:20, not 1:25. (More lies)
3. The wife had to take a minute reprieve from the conversation to ask her husband if children were allowed and it damn sure wasn't because of some DCF law. (The property is admittedly pristine and they didn't want kids to possibly devalue it, which mine wouldn't)
4. They did not do us a favor by meeting on Sunday; we wanted to meet on Monday and they changed it to Sunday. (Do the lies ever stop?)
5. They never called us at 1:20 or at anytime. (We called both times and have the phone records to prove it)

Anyhow, you get the drift. These people are bottom of the barrel. I don't know how pathological liars live with themselves, but obviously sociopaths don't have a conscience.
