Tasty apple fritter & whole milk latte. The only complaint is the let the milk frother make too much noise. Good location & speedy drive-thru.

I don't remember the young man's name that waited on us but we were there at 830 and he was absolutely wonderful!

Went in no waiting. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Strongly recommend this Dunkin donuts.

a daily necessity

edit from 5 months into the future: last week and today i was ignored when needing something for my order. today our coffees and my mothers hash browns were ready, and all i needed was my boston cream donut. the lady today walked straight up to the counter and ignored me, talking to another coworker. she looked me in the eyes and then ignored me. THREE TIMES. i didn’t want to interrupt her bc she was training another person, but shouldn’t you be training them to help the people there first?

before you assume anything i have worked in service for 2 years now in palatka, it is a monday morning, they had three orders on their screen, two people in drive through, and the lady was training her to get donuts. jfc

Kind, respectful people, friendly employees, great food, everythingwas fresh, especially great coffee. This place makes you feel at home and it's very clean and organized 👌 💯% on point. The only issue I had was that my hand didn't want to grab the two straws the guy handed me hahaha 😆

I probably come here far more than I should but, the atmosphere is always clean and friendly and the service is always great. As a Realtor and Real Estate Coach, this has become my casual second office as I meet both clients and agents for a nice cup of coffee and a conversation. The service is always impeccable and of course the coffee always tastes great! :)

Clean, fast and friendly. This being a newer store they are much nicer than the old one in Palatka. The girls in the window are always really nice. You get what you put out. I suspect the people complaining about 'rude' service were entitled and rude when they pulled up to the speaker. Keystone is a backwoodsy town so they have a hard time finding good employees who actually want to work. So sometimes the girls are swamped with only a few of them in there to take on the load. But they still get the orders out, fresh, and with a smile as long as you give them a smile.

I've stopped buying my coffee here. For whatever reason they STOPPED using sweet Hazelnut. Makes NO SENSE. So now I just buy my LG coffee for a dollar at McDonald's. Black and bring it home add my Hazelnut here. I'm not happy with them getting rid of the Onion Bagels either. What's going on? It's a shame to, they have a pretty good product and reasonable prices. In today's market.

Ordered 3 coffee's with cream. Persons waiting on me were very quick and pleasant.
Have been to this location before and never dissatisfied.
The donuts that I have had here before are pretty good. They are made else where and delivered to the site.

I’ve had a mix of experiences here, but the one thing that is consistent is that the employees are so sweet! They work hard and always have a smile. When I come home to visit, I always stop by here for the coffee and the smiles. You keep on rockin’ it girls!

Love this particular Dunkin. My daughter works there but that's not why. The staff is friendly and care about their customers. I was very satisfied with my Keystone Heights Dunkin Experience.

I didn’t catch her name, but the young lady with the pastel pink hair is so sweet! I’ve been there a couple times this week and every time she greets me with the sweetest smile and best attitude! Definitely will be back!

Had excellent service at 2:40 pm on Friday the 18th. The young man at the counter seemed new (perhaps) but the young lady inside ran things smoothly! She even saved me a buck on my drink! Excellent experience!

Now that they have some new people at Dunkin' the new employees have better customer service skills and are polite and the food is always excellent. Also the Dunkin in Starke there customer service has been excellent in the pass few days their new employees have been polite and courteous.They also have the cleanest store by far.

Miss my Maple Sugar Bacon Sandwich. And the recent price increase kinda sucked. But the people at this location work super hard everyday and they know me so well and make my sandwich perfect everytime I go.

Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich will suffice for now.

Love it as always. Even though we can't sit down and eat our Snackin Bacon with our Coconut cold brews, topped with cold foam, we can always take a look at all the really cool looking Donuts and especially now with it being so close to St. Patrick's Day, I love the GREEN, However they really do have a great selection !! I would suggest come by there really anytime, they are always ready to serve you with a nice smile and great personality.

Came in on a Saturday and ordered on the kiosk. The 3 ladies back there are like a well oiled machine! The food was fresh tasting and warm. Thank you.
