This place is absolutely an amazing, mostly family owned all around wonderful caring people I I've ever met. . they are compassionate people who care about their customers and will go over and above let u know they care, they appreciate and u will never feel like u aren't one of their family. I have been going there since it opened and I'm moving away soon...I williss these people and am very blessed to have met and grown to love them all 💯❤

I had a great experience. I had just left the smoke shop in starke where the gentleman had horrible customer service & no patience. I had questions about products & wanted to buy the right thing for a friend. He wouldn't even let me hold and read the package on the item..... There is a reason you never see customers in.... Please drive the 10 minutes to the outskirts of Keystone. @ Light It Up they have so many options, she was kind, helpful, & knowledgeable . I think I got the perfect item & I got a great deal! I got double the product for the same price I was going to get the single item in starke. When needed, I will be back. Thank you for your help today, caring about your customers, & really turning my day around! You have got to stop by!

Jen is amazing, love seeing her smiling face when we go there. Jen is very knowledgeable, helpful , has a great personality and a refreshing sense of humor.

Very good place. Went in a couple days ago.The lady behind the counter was nice, very polite and seemed to be knowledgeable of there products and they have quite a selection. She recommended a vape with similar flavor to the cigs I smoke, only smoked half a pack in 4 days compared to a pack a day. Pricing was better than the couple of other smoke stores I've been to. Over all I'm pleased with my visit. And would highly recommend them.

The owners are the nicest people to buy from. Very wide selection of novelties and tobacco supplies. If there is something you need and they don't have it in stock. They will find a way to get it for you in a few days. Definitely the best shop around.

Light It Up is easy to find and is located about 2 miles west of the main red light on SR100 in Keystone Heights . This store offers many products for a wide variety of enjoyment. The store is clean, well organized, and shows no signs of broken items. The staff are; friendly, prompt, and helpful. Prices are affordable and competitive to other stores that offer similar merchandise. This location is open till 9pm six nights a week. This store stands behind their product and is willing to help with suggestions. I hope LIU will continue to be an asset to our community for years to come. Amazing as always. I love this place. Very nice staff amazing prices you just can't go wrong. I usually buy a 100 mil bottle of vape juice. They have the best selection and prices out of anywhere I have gone around here. Just tried a candy king strawberry watermelon bubblegum. It's amazing! So happy the staff actually used there own products and can make good suggestions. Been shopping here for around a month now and I will continue shopping here for years to come. I think they have an absolute wonderful selection. They are also very informative about the products they sell, and if you ask for info, they are real quick to answer any questions you might have about products, like if it is approved by the FDA and what not. Really nice people that work there. If you are looking for a pipe, or vaping products, they can hook you right up. Thanks you guys.
