Dollar General

I will do all my shopping at this Dollar General. There is actually a different location closer to my home, with a total of 5 Dollar General's within a 10-mile radius of my home. I will continue going to store #1401because I have always felt welcomed, plus the employees will help with anything you need without question or hesitation. Thankfully the few bad apples that worked there was only there for a short time. Everyone I have dealt with in the last 5 months from day or night shifts have been amazing. I think something the General manger and Store manager should be proud of is how professional the Key Holders can stay even when spoken to like trash all the while having grown men and woman scream in their face. The straight disrespect they get treated with on a regular basis is disgusting. I've seen other reviews speak on not being charged the correct price and being refused to make it right by the employee. They must have the wrong store or something. I have witnessed many times the price be honored that was on the shelf. most the time it's only a difference of 0.20 or so. (Yes, it adds up I know) but I have never seen them not honor the price and change it. The only time I've seen them not change a price is when it was something you picked up that was out of place so the tag on the shelf don't match your item. Unfortunately, people pick stuff up and put it down in other spots. They can't give you a sale that doesn't exist because people are lazy. to say they have a "SCAM" going on is just plain stupid. It's your responsibility to read the tags on the shelf, not just glance at the price. That's the only reason I've known them to say no to price changes. If it's the correct item to the tag they have ALWAYS honored the lower price.

Nice associates and helpful. Alot more organized than family dollar. They tend to get backed up but always open another lane. Love your coupon app :)

They always keep their shelves stock and are more than happy to help you with what you need and the staff is helpful and friendly...one girl even walked the WHOLE store with me up and down each row looking for a pillow my daughter was throwing a fit over!!!

Has always been the best store in town to shop from. Now that it has remodeled it looks better an always great customer service I hope they all have a wonderful day.

This particular location is very well staged and stocked considering the volume it deals with daily. It is one of the most busy stores I've encountered, but the sales associate always knows where the product are, and they rarely run out of things.

Quick, Cheep, Convenient, has all the Every day household necessities and more without having to fight through crowds and wait in line. Always friendly staff

I was so happy to find out this store opens at 7:00 am. I work 3rd shift so it literally changed my life! Staff is always friendly and helpful. WTG DG! 😀

The store just opened last week it seems to be very organized and clean it's a lot bigger than the one in Keystone.

Love this store they are always super busy and could use both registers and the self check out open but everyone is always super nice

Lines are usually long, lack of corporate letting them have enough employees and hours to run the store. Not employees faults. Usually have what I am looking for.

Everything is easy to find,great price's too, well kept and clean, the worker's are very polite and helpful they greet you with a welcome and smile,

Although the place was busy it was well kept and cashiers were fast and accurate with ringing up items.

Always nice and packed with tons of stuff except serving plates they seem to always be out.

Always clean and people friendly, just like family,. Very easy to find what you are looking for, and prices are great.

It is so much easier then going to a large store and employees are always friendly.
