when i moved here 10 years ago, i was thrilled to have a local health food store in our small town of keystone heights. it has everything i need for vitamins, minerals, food. they give great assistance for your questions, too. i was able to sign up for their newsletter and to be notified when they had organic foods (chicken, fish , ground beef. beef steak, etc). this was wonderful! i won't buy chicken or beef anywhere else - the taste and quality of the meat is amazing.

I have been so impressed with the knowledge and customer care provided by the owner. He volunteers suggestions on which, when and how products should be used and has gone out of his way to place special orders for me. I much prefer to shop locally when I can and urge you to support this business. They do their very best to stay well stocked for your needs and answer or research answers to your questions.

I am in Healthy Living 4U at least once a week. I buy most of my herbs, vitamins and minerals here and have always had great service. The owners are great people and always try to learn more about health and help those that need help.

I first visited this business nearly a year ago and monthly since then. I was still having residual gastro and stomach issues after a nasty food borne parasite that literally put me in the hospital. After telling the owners about my illness we discussed several options they made suggestions to get my "gut" healthy again. They are so knowledgeable, and a combination of probiotics and fiber have been instrumental in my recovery. Since then I have relied on their expertise for Vitamin and other suppliments for a woman who is 65+.
